MemberAugust 4, 2019 at 3:35 am in reply to: Jordan’s 2019 Log ( NO OFF TOPIC POSTS)Jordan, I’ve recently spent a decent amount of time watching Luke and Cal from the muscle mentors and have noticed they spend a very large portion of their time with exercise resistances, tensions, biomechanics, etc. I know these are things you’ve touched on before. For someone who is interested in diving deeper into educating themselves on this topic, do you have any sources you recommend to gain that knowledge from?

I’m looking to add about half a scoop to EAA intra workout for cost purposes.

Okay, so we should be tracking weights and reps with our cable flies and laterals then and be trying to get as strong as possible on them as we do our compounds?

I was wondering if you have this same theory in pull and leg training as it was mentioned in the push video? Also when you go to increase training volume do you increase it from these types of movements or more volume in your compounds?

Why hasnt the prolactin been addressed.
Potentailly monotherapy may be successful but i most its still required long term.
The infertility risk cant be answered. Hugely variant and genetically driven. As your FSH is normal, get sperm checked prior to TRT to ensure spermatogenesis is normal

Doctor hasn’t said much on the prolactin. She had my prolactin checked a second time and diluted, but said that her suspicion is low for a prolactin issue due to the prolactin only being “slightly elevated”.

HRT would be around 150mg of testosterone per week split into 2 doses. mon and thurs, this will see you at around 30mmol. Dropping bfat can actually help with hormone balance like insulin and testosterone. If you have a base line test then you will be a little more protected in muscle maintenance when dropping cals.

No I am natural up to this point. My test levels have come back around 210-220 multiple times. I agree that my test levels shouldn’t be low at this age, yet they are.

What was FSH and LH result from bloodwork to confirm primary hypogonadism?
150mg Test Cyp per week will see levels go to somewhere between 600-900 for normal metabolizer.
It may be cheaper to do yourself but if guided through a TRT clinic you will know at least what you are prescribed is sterile and will be monitored regularly with bloodwork.
Niall – of course you will when TT is elevated; to what detriment its hard to say.

Hi Dean,
The blood test I had done did not include FSH and LH. I’ve had some people tell me I should get new labs drawn with those two being checked, would you agree with this?
