Had my first dose and didn’t notice anything, no side effects at all

This is something I struggled with for a long time, going about 10 months in 2020 without a single meal off plan, since then I decided to give it a try once a week, and all I can say is just to do it and see. Your weight will spike the day after but that is normal, my weight would always return to or just above my last week’s weight by the next one, which is what we want in a growth phase.

If you want to be sure that your diet contains all of your micro needs you can input your daily diet into chronometer (similar to MFP) and this will list your micronutrients, this can be a helpful tool to ensure you’re covering every basis.

You could also invest in a thermos and prep meals in the morning, those things can keep food hot for hours. That is also what Stan Efferding recommends.

Do you actually have any negative e2 related side effects? If not there is no reason to take an AI just because the number is high, the higher you can have e2 without side effects the better, e2 is itself anabolic and will help with growth.

Adding 1250 calories would be way too much in my opinion, the calculator does not take into consideration the fact that your metabolism has down regulated on this cut, I would do a more conservative increase of 500kcals for example and then adjusting as needed using scale weight and the mirror in the following weeks. You don’t want to ruin an off season by blowing up in the first few weeks / months and having to mini cut again and limit progress.
Exactly my thoughts bro ! Thank you for chiming in.
But, what I forgot to add, I’m using 75 mcg of T3 per day and wanted to continue the use with 25 mcg to have an optimal thyroid in the off season – sorry for not mentioning that.
Maybe that will change the answer I’m getting – will edit the first post with this info now – so nobody gets me wrong haha.
Someone else will have to chime in regarding the T3 use as I have no experience with it.

Hi AJ, when it comes to weighted dips and pullups in the off season, would you consider getting equal reps with the same added weight at a slightly higher bodyweight progress or would you only consider the added weight? Looking great bro, good luck with prep.
Thanks

also with you being a beginner you’re ability to put on muscle is currently at it’s highest so the rate of gain will be higher then a well trained person, so I think you’re on track.

If anything you’re eating is making you feel bloated or sick then change it out, the reasoning behind the pro fat meals is to try to optimize insulin sensitivity and save carbs for the peri workout window, if you have enough carbs to have a decent amount peri workout then distribute the rest as you see fit.
