Based on that I think 3000 TD and 2500 NTD would be a good starting point and then making adjustments as necessary
Thanks muchly

How aggressive where you with your deficit? if the goal is to continue growing ASAP then you may want to increase slightly more aggressively to get back into a surplus

I like to keep intensity there and progress my back off lift numbers, 50% reduction in volume should be more than enough to benefit from the deload, if you’re still battered at the end of the deload you can also take a couple days completely off to fully reset before you go back in at full volume.

As others said it’s personal preference, the only time iv’e heard of digestion changing with temperature is with rice, this is due to resistant starches building up when left to cool, however this has never been an issue for me.

I would utilize the blast to continue growing as that is the best use of those compounds, then during cruise would solidify the new muscle by maintaining for a period (4 weeks or so) then doing the mini cut in the cruise before your next blast. IMO outside of contest prep, the best use of anabolics is to grow and doing a mini cut in this time would not be optimal for overall growth.

What did u have them during prep ?
I would still be doing cardio on rest days as well as some mobility work etc.
For me I’d drop to 2600-2700
How much calories would you say should be reduced during a deload week ? When doing 50% volume and less intensity for example
I wouldn’t adjust training day calories in a deload, the whole point is to drop fatigue to be ready to push again, reducing calories would just limit the recovery process.

You’re currently in the worst part of the diet where your muscles are flat due to lack of food but you still have body fat to lose giving the appearance of a watery look. Just gotta power through it.

I think he means that body fat mass will stay the same however as you gain muscle the percentage of fat to muscle will decrease, so despite you not actually losing fat mass you will get leaner as you gain more muscle.
