    Origym is the cheapest I found after exhausting pretty much all options!

    They are all equal – don’t be fooled by all of the ‘add-ons’ and special marketing.

    A L3 is a L3, you just want to ensure they are endorsed by REPS and that they are a recognised awarding body that will provide you with a REPS certification.

    Inability to support the spine suggests to me that you aren’t bracing efficiently – search ‘valsalva’ manoeuvre.

    We want to be bracing hard through the abdominals throughout all movements that involve managing all of the structures of the spine/hips/pelvis under load.

    You ideally want to apply band resistance (or accommodating resistance) relative to the load your using, to match the amount of drop off in load there is.

    Meaning, the band tension should near enough match the KG’s of plates you have loaded to achieve an ‘optimal’ resistance profile.

    Great – that’s very helpful.

    Likely to use for my upcoming prep so I’ll certainly be using the above to determine the legitimacy of my source.

    How do these tests work Will?

    In terms of when do you test in relation to administering the GH? What is the test etc.

    Haven’t come across anybody referring to something similar so I’m intrigued.

    I can only imagine the new found sense of purpose/responsibility!

    It’s pretty impressive to see you’ve been so meticulous with training & nutrition during your off phase, assumingly your recovery capabilities took a big hit.. but in terms of muscle/strength retention how did that pan out?

    Was it a case of strength falling to a baseline and then becoming stagnant, or progressively decreased the longer you were ‘off’?

    Your still planning to work with Dr Scott I assume..

    There’s research to show it can dampen the hypertrophic response from training, but not to the extent where it will ‘block’ the response entirely.

    The more common approach recently (as a result of such literature) is to place your anti-inflammatory supplements as far away from training as possible as a safety barrier to the potential affect they have.

    Forgive me if I’m wrong, I recall you saying yours & Stefan’s choice of AI thus far has been Arimidex (may have been Lectrozole!)

    Is there any reason as to why you’d favour this over say Aromasin during your prep?
