Valid question, but your just making it harder for guys in here trying to follow Jordan’s progress (hence the name of the thread).
Head back to ‘Forums’ > hit the ‘Diet’ section > start a thread and I’m sure someone can give their input.

Why would a PCT be classed as ‘overkill’?
If recovering HPTA function in the shortest possible amount of time in the most efficient manner is the aim, then in theory using the most optimal approach is going to be the best option regardless of the cycle?
In terms of what is the most ‘optimal’ approach is of course debatable, but I would head over to Dr Dean’s log for a very comprehensive and research backed PCT protocol which I’d argue is a good place to start.

My thought process when it comes to this topic: If natural athletes for the most part can make progress throughout the entire prime of their training careers, AND maintain a good level of tissue when T is in the gutters.. Then what is stopping an enhanced athlete (or even an athlete on TRT) from making consistent progress running the same dosages for a long period of time?

@drdeanstmart Echoing your post about the progress that can be made at conservative doses!
People as of late seem to want things yesterday.
I think 90% of people should consider how little Sasan is using and how long he has been training, look themselves in the mirror, and question whether or not there are variables other than drugs that they are not maximising!
Great post by Eugene Tao on IG the other day, somewhere along the lines of “the more unsustainable something is to achieve a desired result, the less sustainable those results will be”.

Will you be checking in with Aceto face to face for the Indy Pro?

Hypothetically speaking, would the effectiveness of running this protocol diminish if someone were to try and utilise it multiple times?
My thoughts being that it could be utilised to re-establish HPTA function and spermatogenesis without the intention of conceiving, but to re-establish fertility with the hope of then preserving fertility whilst exogenous hormones are introduced again, as you referenced to a few posts back.

Now that protocol is getting archived for the long term future..
If anyone has ever devised (or shared for that matter) a protocol that rivals the preciseness of that, I would be very suprised.

I suffer with what I can only assume is a very similar issue at work myself, been actively going through a few scapula & upper/mid back release exercises every 2-3 hours when I can feel tightness occurring and that definitely seems to carry over some benefits (I deal with neck pain currently also..)

MemberMarch 19, 2018 at 4:36 pm in reply to: @Will.i.am.isaac’s Log – Bodybuilding and FatherhoodSounds like your recovering pretty damn fast if sex drive is back!
Not at all science backed but logically that must count for something in terms of the ‘boys’ turning back on!
Regarding the rest day diet.. damn that’s a lot of protein. Have you always been an advocate of higher protein? Interested to hear the rationale behind having a higher protein intake on off days, is this just taking into consideration the protein-sparing affect of carbohydrates on a TD?
On the same page as you with timing of carbs on TD’s, on paper it looks like a big hit in such a short window but I find digestion and appetite for the rest of the day (even body composition to a certain degree) is certainly better.

I have also had some questionable results from medichecks..
They are fairly open to re-testing free of charge when you question/query the validity results, awaiting a re-test at the moment which will indicate how reliable they are as if the original reading was correct then it should hypothetically come back the same.

MemberMarch 13, 2018 at 1:23 pm in reply to: @Will.i.am.isaac’s Log – Bodybuilding and FatherhoodI’ve heard it can pricey – but pretty sure those of us who want kids would all go above and beyond if necessary.
I’m 22 and with kids being something I definitely foresee in the long term future (not really likely anytime soon..) this is literally on my mind 24/7.
A lot of conflicting opinions it seems, but what I can’t understand is that it seems that a lot of long term users (assumingly) like Matt Jensen, Flex Lewis, Joe Bennett all seem to conceive without seemingly ‘coming off’ going from the progress they’ve continue to make. With the exception of Cody Montgomery who I think came off for a year and got his girlfriend pregnant during that time.
Interested to hear your thoughts?

MemberMarch 12, 2018 at 3:51 pm in reply to: @Will.i.am.isaac’s Log – Bodybuilding and FatherhoodAny particular reason you decided to try to re-establish hormone production rather than go down the HCH / HmG route?
And Max regarding the insulin dosage, I have no experience or knowledge in that area specifically but I’m sure JP was only running 10iu’s pre workout at one stage so why would 5iu do ‘nothing’? Seems reasonable to me from a logic standpoint when considering an individuals muscularity compared to JP’s likely to be a lot lower.

It’s going to depend on what dosage of each supplement you want/need and whether it’s more cost effective to buy individually? The fact it’s sold out would suggest it’s good value for money, and in terms of accuracy/reliability of product dosing I’m fairly sure RedCon can be trusted considering their affiliates..
