Hit this dose and then add another 4iu GH ontop just before you fall asleep and you will get best of both then 🙂

500mcg cjc and 500 ipam together , 45 mins before last meal is going to leverage the max potential gh pulse you can possibly get . It defo works ! You will get equivalent of 5iu GH out of that dose
So based off of this if I was aiming for 6-8ius a day I could split that 50/50 between gh and cjc/ipam and get similar results? Or is this better used in conjunction with a full 6-8iu gh dose
I know the A answer is to try it out myself but just curious what your experience has been because this would be a much more cost effective method to get a higher gh dose. Thanks!

Hey buddy, have you tried using any rehab/ mobility techniques? Or deep tissue on you’re forearms and biceps? Stretching you’re forearms. Usually helps for me without needing to use peptides.

Got it and then it got better for quite a long time and just stuck with things that didn’t agitate it but it has come back lately (think most from some certain exercise selections) so will be sure to hit these hard again -
As well as what Andy has advised, I’d look into shock wave therapy. That really helped me.
BPC157 and TB500 will be useful too.

Or failing that stay at 4 , and then add cjc without dac and ipam before bed , will get you another 4iu
What dose of cjc would you recommend in this scenario?

This may work well for sure and makes sense on paper.
You just have to play it out and see if it works as you want or it hinders other movements to much.
