Form issue & exercise selection issue
Stick to movements that converge and focus on execution & set up, starting with iso work is great for reducing load exposure or in an instance where you cannot “feel” chest in pressing.
Your goal should always be nailing execution so eventually you can start with big stuff

125mg test
200mg mast – for what ever reason this seemed to make me feel better on the cycle (I got this from some older very clever guys that were huge fans of higher deca cycles)
800-1000mg nandrolone.
I found them great for growing and felt very good on them personally
Hilly, if you didn’t have Mast on hand. Could you replace that with EQ for similar effects alongside the high deca?

correct. body fat is around 12-13%. I’m on 300mg test E, 150mg Deca weekly.
