Try splitting your dose over 2/3 jabs per week. This will help with estrogen. M

This test range is not bad at all from 150mg.

Your HDL is 0.5 under the range. It couldn’t be any further from scary low lol

Higher dose omega 3 – TrainedByJP omega pro

    TrainedByJP love heart

    Will both help

But tbh for people even on just Trt this reading is pretty good.

Facts are any use seems to reduce HDL.

Thanks Hilly. Haha true maybe saying scarily low was a bit of an exaggeration. Hopefully I’ll get able to increase my HDL and I’ll re test soon.

    Hi Hilly

Thank you for the reply / advice. Congratulations on the soon arrival of the baby, our second is due January, you’ll love every minute of it, very rewarding. I remember we spoke a while back when my partner and I were looking to start trying.

My liver and kidney results are all good and within range. As is with my cholesterol.

I’m not looking to get back into anything heavier than a TRT dose which as far as I’m aware is around 150mg a week? If I’ve got that correct.

My main question is would I really get much from that 150mg a week with my current natural test levels as they are?

Just looking for those usual benefits / feeling of added testosterone but if I wouldn’t get much from it then I may wait a few more years.

    Thanks

Hi Hilly one last question. If going onto 150mg HRT per week. I have just found out I may be now doing a 2 week on 2 week off work roster. This won’t allow me to take gear with me on the two weeks away due to strict travel arrangements. Do you think it’s possible to do 300mg at the start of the two weeks or am I now looking at potential issues? Higher oestrogen levels.

    Many thanks [/quote]

@Hilly hi Hilly. Just wondering if you had any thoughts on this. I started TRT at 150mg per week. Due to a current training course I have been delayed in getting home by around two weeks.

I took my last 150mg on Tuesday 2nd Nov and was planning on getting home tonight, however it now won’t be until 19th November. A bit of a rookie mistake on my part.

Between shots will be 17 days.

Do you think I’ll notice anything negative or ideally try and get something sent to me?

    Any advice appreciated.

Thanks again Hilly. It went a bit quiet when talking about the sus but I think I got most of it. Just found out I’m definitely on the 2 weeks on 2 off.

    Thanks again

Check their local laws, however I have always travelled no issues and just put it in my main hold luggage, orals and injectable, most recent place was barbados pre covid.

If just taking hand luggage I wouldn’t take any injectables, the only thing I’d take in that instance is orals.

However just because I was lucky it doesn’t mean you will be.

Many thanks for the info Hilly. If anything I’ll likely sit on 150 test E a week split into two doses and get bloods done 6-8 weeks after starting then run them every 3 months to start.

Would anyone happen to know what is considered to be a low natural test level for when to start considering TRT?

    Thanks

Cheers and hope it all goes well with you. Just to answer your question before, we didn’t go down the IVF route, just paid strict attention to certain times of her cycle etc.
Feel extremely lucky it didn’t take longer than it did.

Big congrats mate. Currently doing the same myself.
Can I ask how long it took ? What did u do for pct etc n was it natural pregnancy ?

I would go in at 4-500mg minimum.
This 2-300mg cycles are just silly IMO. Science shows it to.

    Hi Hilly

Thank you, after taking gear on and off for 10 years I was prepared for us to have problems conceiving or may not be able to at all. Technically we started trying back in April last year but as I was still running stuff it was extremely unlikely anything would happen. Also the last course was the end of a cruise blast combo for a year.

My last Test shot was end of May and after a break and blood work I ran a full PCT that Dean suggested.

After this I took HCG at 1000iu every other day for 20 days end of October / start of November time. This would have been when we conceived and he is due in August.

I know this isn’t technically the correct way to do it and some people run HMG if I’m not mistaken but this was what I wanted to try first before I went down that route.

Only reason I ask if I could potentially get away with less Test is due to it will have been a year since coming off, ideally never really want to go above 500mg as I’ll never compete I don’t think.
    Cheers
