Richard watch Jordan’s latest push video. You’ll see how to do lying laterals and cuff push downs. ( he does these cuff push downs laying on the floor but they can be done standing up, he’s done them a lot in his videos )
With regards to bands, again watch his latest push video, he explains how to set them up on a smith.I agree there are some issues with the programme which I hope will be addressed but Jordan’s competing this weekend so waiting a couple of days won’t hurt

I’m in the same boat mate with questions, for example.
Friday rotation 1 says pec dec stretch and then talks about using dbells.Wed rotation 1 – has a random quad stretch thrown in and the ab stretch had reps and sets listed. ( just the wrong way round and should say ab stretch instead )
Sat rotation 2 – has a lat stretch for hamstrings ( must just be a typo )
What are the exercises and I’ll try help as I know all the ones listed

Can you give an example of low androgenic compounds?

I’ll have them retested soon. I have a very labour intensive job so always expect certain levels to be high like CK levels.
Thinking of going back on just a course of Test soon and no orals. Do you think it will knock values out even more or ok if staying off orals

I stopped cycle 8 weeks ago and finished my 30 day PCT 10 days ago. I had my bloods done end of last week so was only 5 days after I finished my PCT. having watched your pct video today I wish I did it differently.
Main concern is the TSH, the liver and kidney results are most probably from doing anavar a little too long and I expect they will slowly come back in to range?

Thanks for the input. Only reason I worry about npp is the water retention. I’m about to have a mini for 6 weeks. Maybe I’ll add in the npp for the final 6 weeks as I’m only looking to run this next course for 12-14 weeks?
Weeks 1-8 400mg test, weeks 8-12/14 350mg test, 150mg npp? -

Your views on hybrid athletes had me in stitches ???? especially on the podcast. The guy you mentioned makes me want to punch my phone every time I come across something he posts.

Hi Luke. Will that be 40 mins of easy cardio per day now? What are you doing for it?
Also, with the DC style, when you did the 3 way split, how did you have that set up. Push pull legs? How were your rest days structured in that. Cheers
