    Hi Jordan. Trying to work out how you have your deadlifts set up. From what I can see is it
    week 1 8,8,10
    Week 2 5,5,7
    Week 3, 3,3,5
    Then a 1 rep max attempt then back to week 1?

    Now that you’ve cut dairy from your diet. Does that also mean whey powders are gone too?

    Hi Jordan. When you say you need to run some heart checks, what will you have done? Different bloody work, or a scan etc?

    Hi Jordan you mention an AD product in your recent supplement video. AD Trenabol, which you use pre gym for focus. I can’t seem to find this anywhere? Did you mean shredabull? Cheers
