week 1 8,8,10
Week 2 5,5,7
Week 3, 3,3,5
Then a 1 rep max attempt then back to week 1?
Hi Jordan you mention an AD product in your recent supplement video. AD Trenabol, which you use pre gym for focus. I can’t seem to find this anywhere? Did you mean shredabull? Cheers
