I had 18 months off a few years back. Still trained and ate on point.
All I went back on was 250mg test E per week and made impressive gains. -
Interesting how it contradicts the general consensus by many here. Will be interesting to hear opinions for sure.

Been thinking a lot about it lately.
Few questions I can’t get my head around. If the pre workout meal doesn’t fuel the workout as it can’t be changed into energy in time. Wouldn’t it be best to stick with just protein and a bit of fat and have a carb meal some hours before the workout.
Also post workout, surely there’s a limit your body can digest before it starts taking away from recovery. Yes we can eat huge amounts of carbs post workout, easily 200g of cereal like it’s nothing but wouldn’t that be hindering the recovery process?

Anyone see Evan Centopani’s insta post yesterday where he laid out his diet and macros? He favours carbs/fats in every meal with pretty much an isocaloric macro breakdown. I personally like the look of that but afraid to break away from trying to split carb/fat intake and keeping fats lower compared to carbs.

This was one of the reasons I asked, I saw his post too haha

If you keep s majority of carbs around training and low/none of non training days you should not have any problems staying sensitive
That being said what about the people that do chicken and rice ( for example ) every meal?

I’m with Clare and Kuba not too hard to drop 2kg mate. Up the expenditure. Keep it consistent by hitting some cardio everyday and it should be off quickly.

Cheers guys, would you keep food currently where it is as I feel in at maintenance on those ( haven’t shifted from 102kg in weeks, and just add in a touch of cardio or daily steps? Already hitting 16-20,000 a day anyway so maybe just add in some cardio in that case.

To drop a couple of kg it wouldn’t have to be aggressive buddy, imo a little extra expenditure would do it easy my friend

It sounds like it would be more detrimental not to cut another 2 kg quickly if your job depends on it, so needs must. 2kg isn’t a great deal, so it’s doable without any negative impact.____________________________

http://www.trainedbyjp-nutrition.com – highest quality supplements on the market.Hi Clare. Job doesn’t depend on it, or just makes it easier the less I weigh. I can do my job at my current weight, being lighter allows me to carry more fuel to cut a long story short.
Ah ok.. but if it makes your job easier, then dropping a couple of kgs is achievable with no detriment

I guess I can get it off pretty quick and go back to maintenance without it having a negative impact on my metabolism.
Also anticipating a 3-4kg loss in water when coming off cycle.
Just thought it may be sensible to do an aggressive little cut when still effectively benefiting from the Test E for a while longer rather than doing it when on pct or completely off? -

Cheers so much bud,
Guna get the innovator 300 and are the ice packs that come with the bag okay until i get the tesco ones??
Yeah they’re fine. I just got bigger ones because I’m out the house 12-15 hours a lot of the time
Hi Bud,
Just received my 6 pack bag today and the quality is insane,
Defo worth the money and something I should have had earlier for sure,
Super super happy!!!!! ????
Nice! It’s a very good bag

I just boil the kettle, pour it in then keep mixing it, its thickens up. Don’t want it too runny as when you add whey powder it goes runny

Yeah if you can’t afford organic everything or grass fed beef and the top drugs and supplements you may as well give up and never set foot in a gym again…
Anyway, real world here like the majority of us who do this just for the enjoyment and not a job etc.
Plenty of ways to keep costs down. Buying in bulk when deals come up on places like musclefood.
Supplements from bulk powders or myprotein, there is a deal on almost every day, can get your whey at a decent price.
No need to buy rice packets that you microwave. Just a big bag of basmati rice is cheap as.
Greek yoghurt I like to get Skyr, always 3 for £3 at Tesco , then add in myprotein flavour drops and a nut butter.
Oats are dirt cheap, also cereal post workout. Tesco’s own brand is fine.Ground rice from Waitrose is nice and only £1 for 500g. Perfect pre workout.
Nut butters are cheap for fats. Sainsbury’s do a smooth almond butter and it tastes amazing. Also Tesco do a smooth peanut butter which again tastes amazing. Lidl or aldi for free range eggs.
If you want things like a weight gain shake if you don’t have the time to eat a big meal due to work or whatever. I used to blend together – whey protein/ peanut butter / oats and almond milk. ( can add frozen berries ) -
If you haven’t got much of a grasp on your own diet and are starting from scratch it’s a good place to start. However if you already know how to monitor your own nutrition it’s unlikely to be much help.

Over priced but they are very good. I got mine half price from myprotein. Only payed £45 I think
Perfect size for 3 meals and any other little bits you need or shakes.
When I only have to go to work for the day I leave at 430am and get home at 8/9pm. Keeps the cool packs cold the whole time. I use slightly bigger ones than those that come with it though.
Mate where did you buy the other cool packs from and i will only need 3 meals as i work 9am-5pm so the 3 meal 6 pack one should work perfect
The other ones are the ones the 6 pack bags come with
