    Over priced but they are very good. I got mine half price from myprotein. Only payed £45 I think

    Perfect size for 3 meals and any other little bits you need or shakes.

    When I only have to go to work for the day I leave at 430am and get home at 8/9pm. Keeps the cool packs cold the whole time. I use slightly bigger ones than those that come with it though.

    Absolutely I’d push calories up, within reason. I’d keep an eye on log book for performance, and take pics for body composition. Maybe run a log on here ?

    Used a log book for years, great tool. I’ll slowly push calories up, it’s the part I find hardest as I absolutely love food and get impatient but going to go slowly this time round. Workouts are great at the moment too just being back around maintenance calories. Haven’t gained any weight in the last week since I’ve upped them, even dropped a touch

    Enhanced. 3 weeks left of course then coming off for a long time for kids.

    Oh yes indeed I have, first time ever earlier this year, I ran some hex which I’ve not had problems with before and at week 5-6 my gut flora was a train wreck and I was struggling to eat 2000kcals at one point so I dropped it. I’ll only bother bringing it back in now if I compete, just to bring that edge 5 weeks out.

    Makes sense that along with the water gain I’ve had, my digestion isn’t the best, constantly feeling full and not even eating a huge amount. Only 2500 cals on training day

    Dropped 10lbs of water over night last night then it creeps back on during the day. Insane

    You only keep what you eat for muscle wise but I can’t understand why you would go through all that just to drop it and go back to said weight man.

    It’s my last course for a long time and never done tren so wanted to see really. Only 200mg a week so yeah experimenting in a way.

    May sound silly but was just curious.
    Spent all these years trying to gain size and now can’t be above 100kg for the next 6-8 months unfortunately. Currently 105. Whoops

    I feel better fuller and training is better too but I’ve dieted down for work. Pic on the left I was at the weight I need to be. Now sitting 10lbs heavier but I’m confident it will come off when I stop the tren or add some adex.
    Only 3 weeks left before I fully pct and come off for a long time. I’ll no doubt drop another 5kg when I come off the test too.

    Drinking enough I think but I’ll put that up too. Last few days have probably been a little less than usual.

    Not taking electrolytes no just salt in meals

    We got there ages ago bud when I explained it doesn’t state MG any were n always IU

    so I believe this is what dean was getting at when he stated there no need to know the iu

    Interesting – could you point out we’re so we can get the incorrect info amended.

    This is the confusion. I’ve never seen it discussed in MG n it doesn’t come up as that any were in my research or google.

    There just be a mg amount at some point to be fair I’m guessing like as it is powder

    Both are measured in IU?

    Dave P might have said mg. he might of said IU. I have no idea who those guys are posting but they are only questioning things themselves so certainly not we’re I would be taking guidance from.

    Most of my google search stuff even in studies comes up as 75iu. Did u find any Mg stuff.

    No I’ve seen it in iu apart from the odd shitty forum here and there but that post made me question it so just wanted to check I wasn’t being stupid as it’s something I’m looking into using and wanted to get it right
