And as I explained it has been mentioned in here on the forums that people recommend 75mg EOD so I was checking that meant 75iu.
Interesting – could you point out we’re so we can get the incorrect info amended.

This is the confusion. I’ve never seen it discussed in MG n it doesn’t come up as that any were in my research or google.

There just be a mg amount at some point to be fair I’m guessing like as it is powder

Any box I have seen states on it 75iu or 150iu.

Any recommendations I have seen state 75iu or 150iu.

So were are you getting the MG from and why do you need to know it?

We know the general dose is 75iu EOD for fertility.

I don’t dispute they come in 75 and 150iu boxes. Your previous post said they don’t…??

And the reason I am asking is the fact on here a lot of the posts say 75mg EOD so I was simply asking if that means 75iu

Hilly they come on both 75iu and 150iu packs.
I’m just wondering what that relates to in mg?
Is it simply 150iu is 150mg?

Yeah feels fine, it’s not an enormous amount calorie wise but it’s a lot of volume so leaves me feeling full but no problems with digestion

We aren’t all striving for ifbb status on here. The majority aren’t. We merely enjoy it and enjoy the process of gaining muscle / losing fat and so on. It doesn’t rule our lives.

Let’s be honest, a Cheat meal has no place in a deficit either. Refeeds yes, cheat meals no.

Call it what you wish, cheat meal, meal off plan BlaBlabla it has nothing to do with a benefit and everything to do with just simply wanting something different whether it be with family or friends etc. Or just the fact it’s enjoyable. Maybe not to you but a “ cheat “ is to the majority.

Let’s not forget if you took away all the members of this site that aren’t looking at taking things as seriously as you, you wouldn’t have many members
Woah buddy lol no need for the attitude, you asked for advice she gave her opinion. If you don’t want her opinion then don’t ask for advice
Not sure how you can take attitude from text but if that’s how you view it then fine

I would increase calories on training days so you can be sure you will have more energy during your training and you will also recover better ! ( my personal opinion)
I would recommend to run lower with the food prior but would place the cheatmeal as a post workout meal

Why have you dropped calories so low so quickly, it’ll be better and easier to maintain this weight if you’re to do it slowly. Maybe look at training intensity too, if your working real hard in the gym not just when doing cardio this will help too.

I have been dieting since the beginning of December and pulled off 22lbs. I went away for a week and shot back up to 108kg. Now I’m back down after being back 5 weeks and want to go deeper ( it was mostly water weight from that week away). I didn’t say I had dropped them low quickly? It’s been a gradual drop since the start of December where I was eating just under 4000.
I train hard. Always have and am very strong. Been doing PPL legs for years and focusing on progressive overload

@kuba1000hotmail-co-uk-cielen
Thanks for the reply. I know it’s low. Ideally I’d want to sit at 2500 minimum on training days. Will add 20mcg clen in first thing AM. Would you consider upping calories at all?
I’m worried I’ll slow metabolism too much at 2000/1500 and have a hard time digging my way back out.. I’ve been on that for the last 5 days. Previously was sitting at 2300 and 2000 for a while.
