    Out of curiosity.
After back to a pre holiday condition. How much would you guy bump calories up by?

Would you use the log book as the only tool and add calories when progress stalls?

Or would you try find maintenance straight away?

You only live once. Eat whatever the fuck you like if you’re on holiday and just prepare to lay down the hammer hard when you return

Haha I didn’t work my ass off for 10 weeks to only look decent for two days.
For me, looking good outweighs stuffing my face and feeling like shit. I’ll save that for the last couple of days.

I used to have 6 meals but recently switch to 5.
Like you I’m up around 530am. Train late and get home around 9. I’ll eat my post gym meal then sleep.
Feeling so much better than my body constantly digesting food especially when staying up late just to get another meal in.

I won’t eat my first meal until 845am when I get to work.

Cheers for all the input. Stephen pretty much sticking to what you’ve just listed for dinners then the odd desert here and there, with a waffle at breakfast.
    I don’t think I’ll put a huge amount on.
Also without thinking about it in regards to metabolic damage, the 4-5 days before I left I upped my calories to near maintenance as I was happy with my condition, so hopefully that will have helped.

You are usually able to take icepacks on a plane providing they are still solid and not melted. I’ve never had issues taking a meal prep bag on board with my meals with small icepacks to keep them cool.

    Ace mate

Enanthate will take up to 3-4 weeks to bed in

If it’s your first go with tren I’d leave enanthate and stick with ace as it’s a different beast to handle.

With enanthate you know it’s there fast enough but builds up to full power over a few weeks, before you know it you are in deep.

Ace is pretty quick to get up and running, very noticeable within 5days for me but I know it’s there after two days.

Two to three weeks in and it’s game on, five to six weeks in and it’s party time if everything is in line.

Is that with tren ace or tren enanthate?

How quickly do you think you’d typically see results? Hardening. More vascular etc?
    I’m very lean already
