    Stefan sorry i have a question about HGH. Is that true, HGH has the best muscle bulding effect after 3 months of useing and Befor this 3 month it has only a benefit in fatburning.

    It has its effect since day one but as you now muscle building is an effect which needs time cause building tissue needs time thats why you see effects later. But if you think you „explode“ with gh, that wont happen when it wasnt that way without. It just males everything a little more efficient

    Mir ist klar, dass das bilden von neuem Muskelgewebe immer Zeit benötig. Nur liest man in vielen Büchern, dass HGH erst ein muskelbildenfen Einfluss hat nach 3/4 Monaten, was für mich nicht logisch ist. Würde das Muskelwachstum positiv beeinflusst werden, wenn HGH nur 3 Monate supplementiert werden würde, wenn alle anderen Parameter stimmen würden? Ist eine reine wissenschaftliche Interessensfrage.

    Ja hätte es, auch wenns wenig ist, generell bei jeder maßnahme von 3 monaten, wenns um wirkliches wachstum geht und nicht nur um nährstoffeinlagerung. Kurzfristiges wachstum ist ja meist fake vor allem wenns intensiv ausfällt.
    Aber ja hgh hat seine wirkung immer, die regenerstion und erholung wird besser, also wirkt es von minute 1 wenn man es nutzr. wachstumsfördernd. Igf wird ja auch sofort produziert

    Thats the nutrition plan we started this monday. Its the second diet stage now 10weeks out.
    Supplementation is nothing special very conservative like all the time

    Some athletes said, the isolat will not well absorbed.

    I read, when we do morning cardio and we eat after the cardio only fat and protein this will be better for our fatburning or it doesnt make any differents if we eat C/P/F after cardio ?

    My free thyroxin (ft4) is 9,8 (9-19pmol/l) and the tsh is 1.15 (0.3-4.3 mu/l). i have this loe values since 3 months..
    I tried to inceas it with jod but it didn’t work.
    What do you think and if it too low, how can i increas this value ?

    From tsh perspective it looks very good. T4 is the non evective hormone so of your t3 is high (which might be the case cause tsh is low which means that your body says i have enough hormone) all is fine!
    So actually i cant say if the thyroid doesnt work well
