Do you know how many calories you are on?
You’d be surprised what having a step goal does by itself.
I think more context here would be good, like what’s your current set with everything? What’s body weight and maybe drop some pics in here too so we can see body composition.

Hey,
So you’ve given your macros but not where they were in prep. This would be helpful, to see how much food has been increased by. I would also look at getting bloods done, are you assisted? Even if you aren’t this is essential!
You’ve got to think your body has been through a lot in a prep so it’s bound to feel a bit fatigued but this all needs managing.
Can you state where food was in prep alongside cardio? This will allow us to see the bigger picture 🙂
I would take a deload now, even if you don’t want to take time off from training completely get some devolume sessions in.

Hey guys,
This morning did my normal walk.
This morning I trained upper and glutes, good session. This afternoon I did client check ins then had a call with Nathan and Oscar to go over my training, we’ve changed it all up. No more quad days and even more emphasis on the glutes! Changed some of the movements too. I’m actually so excited to run this up!
Having Oscar and nathan is amazing, feel so grateful!

When did you last deload?
What’s your training volume like?
Are you sleeping well? Do you track it?
These are all things you need to ask yourself.

If you’ve had a lot of carbs in the evening before you train and then you train on one meal you’ll have enough fuel in you.
It comes down to when you prefer and know you can perform your best. Most gyms are super busy in the evening too which I don’t always like.

Woke up so happy this morning from the weekend, went straight for a walk before doing my check in. Nathan is happy with my look I just need to make sure the next 8 weeks are super productive before is start my pre prep phase.
I’ve been working most of today, lots of check ins, a consult and a client call!

Such a fab weekend with my girls! At the finals they came 2nd and 3rd! Both moved places from the day before in a stacked line up too!

Hey guys,
Today was the PCA naturals! My girls got 3rd and 5th today in wellness, another great line up! Both are at the finals tomorrow.
I had a couple of clients back to my Airbnb this evening, it’s been such a great day, looking forward to tomorrow!

Hey guys,
Trained this morning, was a good session, everything was flying. This afternoon had work to do, consults and client calls.
This evening I traveled up to Wolverhampton as I’ve got my girls competing again tomorrow and hopefully Sunday too if they qualify!
It’s going to be a busy weekend but I love it!
I am staying with my best friend and business partner in the most beautiful air BnB

Cardio daily is all good, post legs is okay you’ll struggle though but it’s better to get it done than not to. Could you get up earlier to get it boxed off?

Today Max and I went to Manchester to train at flf. Max had a session with Oscar and I’m having one next week, we will both be going up there once a month for sessions with him.
Can’t wait to learn and level my training up even more!

Started the day off with work boxed it all off before training quads 🙂 It’s a nice feeling when theat happens.
Had such a good session, all lifts were up pretty much.
I’ve been for a walk this evening and got through some admin.
