Hey Damian,
That’s a really nasty thing to have been told, I would try to ignore that I know it’s hard sometimes but it’s a reflection of who they are as a person.
You just need to be patient, commit to the long game and as long as you are doing everything you can then there’s not much more you can ask from yourself.
Like any muscle group it takes time to build, you may see people grow at faster rates but genetics will play a role in this and assistance too. Keep showing up and training hard it will come!

Hey guys,
Today it was a rest day I boxed of steps and cardio nice and early then cracked on with client check ins.
Excited for tomorrow as I’m meeting a client for a session and filming for my YouTube!

Belt squat is so good to use for a RDL. Try dbs then belt squat the week after and see what feels best.

Hey guys,
I was supposed to be on upper but due to yesterdays shit session i wanted to redeem myself. Ended up being a great session I am so glad I went 🙂 Appetite has been good today, the reduction in food is working.
The rest of the evening I’ve caught up with clients

Cardio on rest days is always good to do first thing it sets you up for the day. I don’t think it will impact your recovery if it’s LISS. If you aren’t dieting there isn’t a need for it to be in everyday, steps are enough 🙂

You may need to change your current split and the exercises you use. Post your actual sessions and your physique that will help 🙂

Hey guys,
This morning I did all my client work then went tot the gym. I was annoyed because it wasn’t a great session, but these things happen. Not all of your offseason is going to be perfect. Training has been flying recently so I think I am more frustrated than normal.

I woke up and got myself out for a walk after my coffee 🙂
Today has been all about check ins and very good ones too, such a positive start to the week.
My appetite is back today, this morning I didn’t wake up feeling sick which was a huge win!

Like Nathan said it might be a bio mechanical issue. If you get no pain doing another tricep exercises then you know it’s that that’s causing the issue 🙂

I like to do my shoulder press with a neutral grip 🙂 There are loads of other ways you can build as the others have highlighted.

I trained today, I held back a bit with how this week has been but still has a good session 🙂
I had to pick up max because he broke down on the way back from a client show.
Other than that I’ve had a chilled Sunday

If your skin gets thinner it’s a result of loosing more body fat and that should see the scale weight drop.
