I think it all depends on how far someone is into a prep. If they are fucked and on the floor then yeah reducing output would make more sense but if they are still feeling pretty fresh but just need filling a touch then out might be okay to keep in, I think it depends on how high their cardio is too, someone people aren’t doing loads of cardio and some don’t do it at all.

    Hey guys,

Checked in with Nath today and we’ve agreed I need to pull back for a bit to regain my appetite. It’s really not good at the moment, for me it’s not a case of just getting it in because all it does is upset my stomach, I then go into sessions feeling uncomfortable and I generally don’t feel great day to day.

Trained upper this morning which was good and went for a walk with max this evening.

    Hey guys,

My stomach wasn’t great today which meant getting my food in was hard and it ruined my session a little because it felt unsettled.

The rest of the day I’ve done work and chilled 🙂

I started to feel lethargic after my meals but started using insure and it helped a lot.

I do tend to find males who are pushing hard do feel slower and more lethargic, the rate in which males need to push vs females is higher too.

Implementing cardio in a offseason will always help.

For the most part all looks good!

Test is high but that’s not something I’d try to correct haha.

SHBG is in line with the high test reading and whilst it’s quite uncommon to have test and shbg out of the ranges… it’s not unheard of!

Prolactin could potentially have a few adverse effects and can be resolved with P5P (try 200mg per day and then Get retested) , but unless you’re noticing any actual issues I don’t think you have anything to worry about!

Woke up and did my cardio before my massage.

This afternoon I did client check ins and I had a call with my business mentor. I am feeling much better today too which is good, looking forward to legs tomorrow!

I agree with Oscar here. If you are limited with time you want to aim to hit all body parts as frequently as possible.

This morning I had my hair extensions put in when I got back I came on my cycle and it floored me all afternoon. The past two days have not been great, I’ve struggled to get all meals in and be in my proper routine.

However I managed to get to the gym later on today and I had a good session surprisingly.

Yes this would be a good time to do this.

How long have you been running your split for?

I wasn’t well today which wasn’t great. I was able to do my work but couldn’t train, which really annoyed me. I’m sure I’ll be okay tomorrow.

Not ticking the boxes makes me anxious but I had to my body

Have you tried to hinge at the hip?

You may also have tight hamstrings this will stop you from being able to straighten it.

Rest day for me has consisted of eating, work, steps and client calls.

I’m due on my cycle any day which is making me feel a bit off, I hope it doesn’t affect my training tomorrow too much. Strength does dip for me in my luteal phase.
