I would keep cardio in for sure, potentially not daily but definitely on rest days. It’s all person dependent though, but it’s also a tool in prep or a diet phase that can be utilised well
you need as many tools as possible

Woke up and got my cardio done
then spent the rest of my day doing work. I’m feeling rested for a big session tomorrow!

I personally don’t like v squat machines, I’ve always used other squat variations instead.
You will find that you are a lot weaker doing a unilateral hamstring curl, but it’s a great exercise. I like doing them using a seated ham curl.
I always have compounds in my sessions, I start off with isolation work then move onto my compounds after. Having a mixture of dbs and machines is fine
Machines will always provide more stability but free weights have their place.
I’ve heard good things about BPC, never used it though. I would get your bloods done before looking at HRT

Hey guys,
Trained hams and glutes today was a great session.
Checked in with Nathan too, I was 75.4kg this am, no changes have been made. This is the heaviest I’ve been this offseason so far.
Arlo is much better today, a lot happier which makes me happy

I have higher calories on a Td, but there is only around 200 calories difference.
I keep protein the same, more fats on rest day and higher carbs training day

Today Arlo had a big operation on his leg he is back home and doing ok but in a lot of pain, it’s horrible seeing him so quiet.
Whilst he was at the vets I had some client work to do.
