    Hey guys,

    Trained upper for the first time in so long was great to not go in and feel smashed 😂 I also did 2 glutes exercises at the end.

    Standing laterals
    Unilateral lat pull down
    Unilateral chest supported row
    Cable rear delts
    Glute med kickback
    Seated hip abduction

    When I got back I had some client work.

    Rest day tomorrow for me

    Hey guys,

    Today drove to Manchester for a client shoot, she looked unreal! I was so happy. Then drove straight to the gym for a quads and glutes session, I nearly puked after the leg press sets i did. Haha.

    In for upper tomorrow with a glute top up. Excited to train upper again NGL!

    Hey

    I would put the incline press after your laterals, reason being you’ll probably find the pull movements take away from your incline press with it being towards the back end.

    Same with the other uppers move all pressing to beginning. Just my opinion.

    Is your whole lower weak? This will determine how you structure your leg days.

    You want to bias your weaker body parts at then start ideally.

    Hey!

    Like hilly mentioned you don’t need a time line it takes as long as it takes. However you may need to pull back a little after 20 or so weeks to tidy up but the longer you push the better. We all know how long it takes to build muscle.

    To keep body comp in a decent place just be mindful of when you add more food in, lots of people just add it in for the sake of it. Monitor body weight daily and check in with yourself weekly to keep on top of it all. I would keep cardio in on rest days too through your push up.

    Physique wise I would say delts could up more along with chest.

    I’ve seen people use the belt squat for quads just need to make sure the set up is on point.

    I do feel you’ll be able to load a hack or pendulum a lot more though.

    The rest of the team have made some very good points though.

    Hey guys,

    Busy one today, woke up and got my cardio done then had lots of check ins, this evening I had a group client call.

    Appetite is back, I changed up my meal plan to help with this and it’s worked. I go off foods quickly when pushing food, so I change things up every 4 weeks or so. I’m not someone who can eat the same foods day in day out in a offseason. Call myself a bodybuilder hahaha.

    I would look at adding more fats to pre meal and in general really. What are your fats at right now?

    I trained today, first day of new plan! Was a gooden.

    For the rest of the day I’ve just been chilling, ready for a busy one next week!

    I agree with hilly.

    I am like you mate, I like to eat my meal in peace. You’ll find when dieting too you’ll want to eat fast due to hunger and this is more likely to happen if you are eating on the road.

    Totally agree with Nathan here. In fact what Nathan has suggested he does with me and it works a treat!

    Does she use a barbell only? I like to switch up my hip thrusts, i use the smith machine, nautilus glute drive and booty builder.

    It’s been a busy Saturday for me!

    I went to the pca first timers show to watch Maxs client. This afternoon i did some client check ins and analysed loads of training videos. This evening i went for a food shop and chilled with Max 🙂

    Training tomorrow and I can’t wait!

    Yohimbine is effective yes.

    Sometimes it takes digging a little deeper for a little longer 🙂
