Agree with hilly here.
I don’t think an upper lower split would be a bad idea though, you’ll have more room for recovery imo.

Hey guys,
It’s been a rough day with me being on day one of my cycle, I really struggle some months.
Regardless all my steps have been boxed off, all meals down and all of my work. Can’t wait to train tomorrow, with having had two days off I’m eager to get into the gym.

It’s been a busy and long day, my girls came 4th and 5th, in a stacked line up, we go again next week. So happy with the look they brought.

Hey guys,
This morning I trained after going for a walk and doing some client work. Training was great today!
Before I went to the gym sent my check in to Nath, the plan is all set CANT WAIT!
Big day tomorrow, I’ve got two girls competing at the PCA first timers show, I am so excited.

Woke up had a coffee then I got myself on a walk.
Went to the gym late morning for a glutes session. Wasn’t amazing due to being due on any day I find strength dips just before.
Chilled this evening with max

Today j saw my client in person she is competing on Sunday! So happy with the look she is bringing.
This afternoon did some work an had some skin treatment.
I’ve chiled this evening and got some sushi with max 🙂

It’s my birthday today, cannot believe I’m 34, how depressing haha. I got some lovely presents from Max.
I had to take Arlo to the vets this morning for an operation, they had to remove the implant he had around 4 months ago due to a potential infection. It was successful and he’s doing well.
I trained legs after with Danni and then had a call with Nathan this afternoon to go over my timeline and some client case studies.
This evening picked Arlo up.

If you’ve just done a prep then you are bound to experience lifts regressing from time to time. Even in a offseason this happens, if it’s a regular occurrence then yeah you’d need to have a think but if this is a one off I wouldn’t worry.
