    Rest day for me today and annoyingly woke up with a funny stomach which made getting in my meals a little hard but it seemed to improve through the day.

    I had lots of client work to do, Mondays are always busy for me.

    Cannot wait to train tomorrow! ๐Ÿ™‚

    Training was epic today! First time in a while where my niggle hasn’t bothered me ๐Ÿ™‚

    Nathan is very happy with my check in, no changes this week just need to keep doing what I am doing ๐Ÿ™‚

    I saw someone in the gym today who follows my log which was lovely ๐Ÿ™‚

    I find it so beneficial instead of using a time.

    No I donโ€™t pose everyday at least 3 times per week at the moment, however in prep it goes to daily.

    Posing in the offseason isnโ€™t as enjoyable hahaha but itโ€™s needed, my flow has gotten so much better and Iโ€™m playing around with things I want to add in next year too. The more you practise the better ๐Ÿ™‚

    Youโ€™ll find full body works so well especially for anyone who is new to the gym.

    If you have the time then Iโ€™d do upper lower now. I think youโ€™ll enjoy it more too ๐Ÿ™‚

    I agree with Oscar though you may need a deload also when was the last time you changed your plan because overtime things do stall anyway.

    Hams and glutes today, what a session. Iโ€™m loving this new training block! The rest pauses and myoreps are crazy good.

    The connection Iโ€™m getting is mad, honestly I know I keep going on about this but Iโ€™m so excited to see how much I grow over that next 6 months.

    100% get a posing coach if you can, I find that posing is so individual.

    Tutorials are great but you canโ€™t beat a 1-2-1 session.

    Rest day for me today, went to the gym to pose and do cardio ๐Ÿ™‚

    The rest of the day chilled and did some client work.

    Staying accountable is key so like the others have said do your weekly pictures etc and just increase food nice and steady.

    I would allow yourself a off plan meal every week too to keep any cravings at bay ๐Ÿ™‚

    I started my new split today and had an unreal session. Nathan has added in more volume which will make training legs a lot more fun. I do enjoy the top set back off set style training but adding in this extra volume has made it very spicy!!

    Excited to see how I progress and grow ๐Ÿ™‚

    Itโ€™s important you enjoy your meal plan and if you are at the moment then thatโ€™s what matters with of course the quality of your food.

    Today I had a client photoshoot, which was wonderful! Seeing my clients so confident is the best feeling ๐Ÿ™‚

    Days like today really make me realise how much I love my job.

    When I got back did some steps and then some client work ๐Ÿ™‚
