I always ensure I get 1 litre in before I train at 9am 🙂

Rest days shouldn’t ever consist of weight training. If you train then it’s not a rest day 🙂

I agree with what the girls have said here.
You do want to aim for more whole foods in a diet or prep in my opinion anyway.
If you find you do get hungry which you will, then I wouldn’t drink juice, I’d aim to get more calories from higher volume carb sources like potato and oats.

Today I filmed for YouTube with Pheobe, we did our normal Wednesday session which is hams and glutes 🙂 in the video we covered how training differs between wellness and bikini, it was such a great session as per.
After filming we drove back to Pheobe’s, I chilled there for a bit had another meal and then came home.
A fun filled Wednesday!

Today has been a great day!
Incredible quads session, a fab check in with Nathan he is very happy with where I am at. I’m looking nice and full and I’m just so excited for the rest of this offseason.
This offseason is by far the best I’ve had, I’m so locked in and my day to day process is better than it has been previously. I feel like i have matured as an athlete, I think my pro debut season changed me for the better and working with Nathan has been a game changer.

I like to remove a meal or two from my day to accommodate the meal. I wouldn’t compensate the next day or anything just get back on plan.

Hey guys
Woke up this am and got my cardio done before cracking on with work.
Rest day for me today. I am feeling pretty tired due to being due on my cycle which isn’t ideal however this will pass.
Even though its been a busy day I’m feeling very positive!

I agree with Jordan and Nathan here, any excess weight will drop in a few days when back on your diet calories

Today it was hams and glutes, I had such a great session! I used the nautilus glute drive which I’ve always hated, I’ve not used it for a few years but for some reason I now seem to connect so well, so that’s being added back into my plan 😉
This afternoon max and I went to his family’s for a roast dinner, which was lovely.
Looking forward to the week ahead!

Rest day for me today, I had two posing clients this morning and a consult call too 🙂
This afternoon went to Costco for some food, that shop always fascinates me hahahaha.
My appetite is firing atm which is such a good feeling!
