I’ve had a great day today, posing session with a client this morning, followed by bloods! I’m looking forward to seeing my results, hoping all my markers are in good range ready for a big push up!
I ended the day training lower with a girl I met in the gym last weekend, we killed it! It’s great training with other people, only if they train hard though haahahahh

I would go in and leave 2 reps in reserve. They may start to ease as you train anyway 🙂

Agree with everyone’s answers.
I did train my lower super light in peak week, stayed away from quads was more glute focussed but super light!

This could be achieved through a push pull legs split 🙂
Add arms onto lower too as long there is enough rest in between and they feel recovered.

Rest day for me today and lots of client work. I had my weekly massage too, I’ve not had one for 2 weeks and i could defiantly feel that.
This eve I launched a new project too, it’s aimed towards girls who want to become wellness athletes 🙂

Today Pheebs and I trained glutes and hams together, it was such a good session.
Every movement felt amazing the glute connection was maddd!
Ended the day some calls and work 🙂

Hey guys,
I trained quads today, the niggle that I have meant I couldn’t do my normal 45 degree leg press which was frustrating for me but other than that the rest of the movements were great.
I checked in with Nathan today, weight is a down a little and despite all the time I had off I was surprised how I looked. My hunger is high atm so may well see an increase in food, there is room for me to push more, I’m currently sitting 6kg under my last offseason weight.

Rest day for me lots of check ins! Such positive feedback from my clients it put a massive smile on my face 🙂 My prep girls are looking unreal!
Hunger has been so high today which feels great! Check in day tomorrow!

Trained glutes and hamstrings today, due to this being my 3rd training day on the bounce I didn’t feel massively up to it at first but then after exercise two I was flying!
Fullness is coming back nicely and I’m ready to attack the week ahead!
Other than training I did a bit of work and watched the Pittsburgh pro show!

Agree with the everyone here, makes a huge difference to training, you’ll be surprised how much you progress regulating it 🙂
