Hey guys,
I got back home tonight after a very long journey, there were a few delays which put us back. We went for our final off plan meal before flying, my stomach misses my meal plan hahaha.
Ready for my normal routine now, time to lock back in!

Agree with Jordan here 🙂

I tend to find that rice and potato do sit better however I have sourdough bread as my first meal and it’s fine 🙂

Do you find this more when training legs? I find that legs does this to some people.
Honestly get some music that gets you going in your ears and get aggressive.
You’ll feel so much more satisfied when leaving the gym if you really start to push to failure 🙂

Enjoyment is everything.
Maybe you need to change some exercises up and maybe have 2 rotations too.
What is your main goal?
Push pull legs might work a lot better for you 🙂

It was the final day at the festival yesterday, I’ve throughly enjoyed having some time off but I am ready to get back to it come Wednesday.
I thrive off routine and structure but having these moments off from the norm really makes me realise how much I love what I do.

Hey guys,
Had such a good time at the festival, made sure I had enough food before we went and got to bed a decent time.
I am missing the gym NGL and my routine haha

Good morning guys!
So yesterday was rave day at the festival out here in Portugal. Both max and I don’t really ‘switch off’ much throughout the year. so 3-4 times a year (prep dependant) we forget bodybuilding for a couple of day. That isn’t to say we don’t both make smarter decisions around food, sleep etc but we don’t put expectations to live so routinely as normal.
This allows us to do things that we still love outside of bodybuilding knowing we’re militant the rest of the time! It also renews my love for our structured life when we return!
So the first thing in the morning we filled up on plenty of fluids and then went for a big breakfast. Replicating a lot of the same foods we usually eat, salmon, egg, avocado, sourdough and fruit.
We then had a Portuguese Nando’s equivalent around mid day, then proceeded into the festival not long after 2pm!
Out by 11pm and another meal before we got home in bed asleep by just after 12.30!
All in all a successful day. Managed what we could and didn’t take the piss!
Ready for day 2!

As a pro wellness competitor the most I’ve ever taken is 30mg of primo per week and it always goes along way with me. More is not always the best however you’ll find the use of assistance does go up through the categories. Having said that a lot of pro wellness girls take a lot of assistance, it does tend to vary from person to person.

Hey guys,
I spent this morning packing and doing some last minute work before catching my flight to Portugal, which wasn’t the most enjoyable hahaha! I’ve just landed and I’ll be chilling tonight and catching up on food.
I won’t be training for 6 days, the last time I had a deload was about 8 weeks ago so it is very much needed!
My log won’t be very bodybuilding like whilst I am away, so I hope some of you love dnb, because there will be lots of updates about the festival I am going to!

I go on holiday tomorrow and I have every intention of switching off from bodybuilding. I will do my best to eat and stay hydrated when I am there but that time off for me is important. IMO you cannot be switched on and locked in 365days of the year we are all allowed some downtime. Don’t stress it and get back to it when you are home 🙂 if anything it will do you good!

Hey guys,
I spent most of today with Pheobe and Nathan. Nathan had a look at me in person he is happy with where I am at. Then pheebs and I trained hams and glutes, afterwards we went back to hers and spent some time in the sunshine which was lovely.
This evening I’ve been doing work and packing for my holiday I go on tomorrow.
I am looking forward to some much needed downtime!

Hey guys
Today I checked in and I really wasn’t liking the pictures, I defiantly look flat and not poppy. My appetite hasn’t been good which has made getting food in very hard for me, not sure what’s going on but I’m seeing Nathan tomorrow for a in person. We will see what he says. I go away in two days time and I think some time away from training and work is what I needed, we all need some down time.
Training was great today though, my injury wasn’t too bad

I would lower sodium.
Are you having pink salt and lo salt?
-
When did you last diet?
You can’t push high food forever, you wil always get to a point where food becomes hard.
You may also have some issues with gut, are you getting any bloating at all?
You might need to change your food choices too to help you get food in. Are you having 250g dried weight for rice and also is chicken weight raw?
I would recommend you have more meals per day so they aren’t so heavy on stomach. 5 meals would be better.
