I am sorry you feel this way.
I honesty think getting a coach would help this, you sound like you’re lacking a sense of direction and accountability.
The enjoyment I believe will come back with someone guiding you!

It would be good to see your whole split if possible to see the exact volume.
Are you progressing well?
Do you always feel fresh going into each session?

I am writing this in pain from legs haha.
Today was quads and I had such a good session
Leg extension 2 x 12-15
Nytram leg press 1 x 8-10 1 x 12-15
Smith machine split squats 2 x 8-10
Adductors 1 x 8-12 1 x 12-15
You may see this and think wow that is short but it does the job. With me training lower 4 x / week i have to be very careful with managing fatigue. Less is more in some cases.
I am back in tomorrow for hams and glutes!

The blood clinic are incredible, they have testing hubs all around the uk.
I would personally go for the highest level one to see where all health markers are, the more the better especially if this isn’t something you have done before 🙂
Blood work is key regardless if the individual is assisted or natural.

When did you last have bloods done?

Also what time do you stop having caffeine?

You will be surprised at what being on your phone so close to bed does to your sleep despite you doing everything you’ve stated.
If you are doom scrolling or on socials for example it will most likely stimulate your mind, which in turn will make it hard to sleep.
Get off your phone by 8/8:30pm and see if this helps 🙂
Have you tried listening to sleep music? I do this a lot and i find it beneficial.

Today has been a busy one…
I did cardio first thing this morning before checking in with Nathan and doing client check ins.
Nathan was very happy with the look this morning, weight hasn’t moved and i am looking lean (his words not mine) 😂 he’s bumped up food slightly and this week we are running devolume sessions, just because I’ve felt a little fatigued.
We spoke about potential shows and when I’m going to start prep which was very exciting.
I know next years package is going to be levels above my pro debut one 🙂

I’ve had a day off work today which I try to do most Sundays apart from when I’ve got people at shows or prepping of course 🙂

After a busy morning of work I trained lower body.
3 way kick backs
Barbell hip thrust
Seated hamstring
Db Bulgarians
Leg extension
Wasn’t an amazing session but I think it’s important to remember not every session is going to be 10/10, I’m due on my period which at times can effect my strength.
Tomorrow I’ll be training glutes and hamstrings 🙂
I don’t normally do back to back sessions which hit the same muscle groups but I’ve had to do this due to not being able to get in the gym yesterday 🙂

Today I did a talk at a gym to personal trainers wanting to transition onto online. I covered my experience within the industry 🙂
I took another rest day today due to the travel but im going to be training both days at the weekend which I will log in here for you all.

It was check in day today 🙂
Nathan is very happy with my look, weight has dropped a little but food etc is all remaining the same. I’m feeling a little bit fatigued this week but I think it’s a combination of the busy weekend I had at the 2bros show supporting my brother (who took the overall in classic physique) and me being due on.
Training hasn’t felt amazing this week but I know once my period has come I’ll be flying.
I had a rest day today which consisted of lots of work and my weekly massage.

Today was an exciting one 🙂
I filmed my first videos for the site, an introduction to who I am and then got a glutes and hams session filmed at ultra flex Rotherham. It was so good to be back filming with Jay, I used to work with him when I lived in wales so we had a lovely catch up too.
I am doing my check in with Nathan tomorrow so I’ll let you all know the feedback and I’ll drop some pics on here when I do my log.
For those of you who don’t know I moved to Nathan after my pro debut season and so far it’s been amazing, I cannot wait for him to prep me next year!

I am very excited to document my journey on here!l with you all.
I am currently in a push up phase and I’ll be starting prep beginning of next year.
Last year I did my pro debut and placed top ten in both shows which I was happy with but I know I can bring a much better package next year.
For those of you who don’t know my competitive background I used to compete within the figure division (2016-2018) My wellness journey started back in 2021, I stepped on stage for the first time as a wellness athlete in 2022 and got my pro card at the Arnold’s, this was my first attempt at getting it which was a huge achievement for me.
The ultimate goal is the Olympia ☺️
I feel very blessed to be part of the TBJP team and I cannot wait to share my journey to stage with you all!
