Hey guys,
Had lots of check ins today, got my nails done too, it’s been productive! Little bit of self care 😉
I’m feeling a little full of cold and have a sore throat, hoping it passes soon, I don’t feel unwell though which is good.
Looking forward to training tomorrow

You are only we lean as your fattest body part but I can imagine you are pretty lean everywhere. It would be good to see some proper pics.

Hey guys,
I trained with a client today she drove to ultra which was lovely. I had a look over her too, she is 2 weeks out from her first ever show.
Very happy with how she’s looking, she is only 21 with so much potential and works at the tbjp gym actually.Rest of the day chilled out with max and Arlo

Some great points made here! I’d look at taking the tbjp joint supplement too every little helps!

Boxed off lots of work today, check ins and set ups. I had my hair washed and blow dried too 🙂
Checked in with Nathan and he’s happy with the look, I’m seeing him next week for a in person check in!
My glutes are hurting today 😂

Hey guys,
Today I went to Manchester, max had a hair transplant and I went to FLF to train. I turned up and Oscar was there and he took me through a session because he had some free time which was lovely of him. I learnt so much, my glutes were on fire!

if you have found most things have stalled I would be tempted to shift the order of upper sessions around and then go again for an 8-12 week run.
You may find this is a good way of running thins for yourself.
8-12 week push with a certain layout
1 week reload
Switch layout and go again
Thanks!
What do you typically do for a deload?
And if I still wanna keep prioritizing arms, do you recommend keeping the layout the same and just swapping exercises?[/quote]
You can either do volume sessions or have time off from the gym completelyInstagram chloepickford_ifbbpro

Everyone has made such good points here. Peak weak is all about reducing inflammation, reducing output will do this and adding more food to bring the best look. If you are having to push in peak when they you are behind.

Hey guys,
Rested today did work and a food shop, ended having a nap too because didn’t sleep well last night. I do try to nap everyday if I can fit it in and I actually need one, I feel like it helps alot with stress and recovery!

I would go through a prep with a coach then decide. Prep can be so tough and you need to have a good eye for things which comes with experience and time.

Hey guys,
I trained legs with max and his training partner was a sick session!
The rest of the day I did work.
I’m defiantly looking leaner which I’m not mad about and training is flying! I’m in a good position to start prep next year!
Bloods came back and my results were all good
