What a fantastic day! My client came 2nd in wellness, she looked unreal! So so happy and proud. I cannot believe can call this my job, as you can tell I’m in my feels! For me coaching goes so much further than a diet and training plan its about the relationships I build along the way and how I can help people in more ways than one

Long day today, was up at 3am and got an early flight to Ireland for my client show! It’s been such a good day, we’ve chilled and just had a laugh. Tomorrow is the big day!
Very tired but also excited!

Had a massage this morning, my niggle is basically gone! I’m still being careful when I train but I am not limited with exercise selection anymore and it’s not causing any pain outside of training either.
The rest of the day I’ve been doing work, I feel brain dead right now
Very excited for tomorrow, seeing one of my prep girls for a session and of course a in person check in!

Agree with with Jordan.
If you are feeling doms alot and don’t feel fresh going into sessions then that’s a sign recovery isn’t good, you won’t progress in the gym if that’s the case. Sleep often gets affected if someone’s recovery is poor along with a poor appetite too.

Hey guys,
I trained legs with max today great session! I used the arsenal strength leg press and I bloody loved it. Excited to see how strong I can get on this. All my movements felt amazing
This evening I had my hair done

Hey,
I would have biceps after you’ve done all upper exercises personally, so you can get the most out of your pull exercises. I would also have something before going straight into a hack, a leg extension would be good. For session B maybe have a hinge after the hamstring curl so remove it from session A and add into B.
Again session C don’t have biceps to start and session D I wouldn’t do calves before deadlifts.
Run it and see how you feel

This morning had a call with my business mentor and then got my bloods done, I’m hoping they come back okay, off the back of my prep last year my test was non existent, it came back naturally but I’m just hoping it’s still in a good spot.
This afternoon I trained upper and glutes, it was a good session! The rest of the day I did work and then chilled this evening!

If you don’t have more than 60/70 mins then that’s what you have to work with
You’ll be surprised what you can get done if you time your rest periods and crack on. Granted I couldn’t do my leg session in 60 mins, if I had to I’d have to either reduce my sets or take an exercise or two out, but I’m a pro athlete and work for myself so my lifestyle allows this.

I would count it for sure

Hey guys,
I’ve had a really good start to my week, lots of work, client calls and the sun was shining which made it even better.
I’ve got my bloods tomorrow, just to check my test again

I agree with Jordan here, you need to take to steady, you may well be hungry through this process but that’s a good thing imo. The last thing you want to do is add in too many calories put on weight fast and end up in a spot you aren’t happy with and most likely need to diet down again. You’ll grow and feel good about your physique if you do it right.
