Trained with a friend today, we have decided to make it a weekly thing now 🙂 rest of the day I’ve chilled and got myself ready for a busy week!

Rest day today, did a food shop and had some client check ins to do, my prep girls are all looking incredible really proud of the work we’ve done ! This evening went for a walk with max which was lovely.

More isn’t always best, 80 is on the higher end I wouldn’t go over that tbh.
Like the others have said look at your whole set up, if you aren’t progressing relying on fat burners isn’t the answer.

Started the day with some work and getting some steps in, then had my pre before heading to the gym for hams and glutes. I was surprised how good it was with me being due on.
This afternoon had a client set up to do and then we’ve had company this eve 🙂

I wouldn’t get too caught up in the seeing the scales move all the time. Would be good to see your body composition, you might not even need to add any more food 🙂

Hey guys,
Rest day for me today woke up at 4:30 as couldn’t sleep so cracked on with some admin then had a massage, it helped my back alot 🙂
Lots of work this afternoon and a lovely walk before chilling and having my last meal 🙂

Why don’t you try 2 and see how you recover from that, if you can’t then do 1 set on the leg press and go all out in that set.

Hey guys,
Trained quads and glutes today, the whole session was great then after I felt my lower back hoping it’s okay tomorrow. I’ve got a massage in the morning which should help. This evening had some work to do.

Upper lower split for sure.
That’s split looks good. What would you say are your weakest body parts? I know you said you are lacking muscle overall though.
For lower aI would have leg extension before the hack, so your quads are pre fatigued and knees are nice and warm too 🙂

You might need to delaod, I have girls in prep who’ve taken deloads and it’s helped so so much. I know you might be worried about pulling back but it will only help you out.
I wouldn’t say your volume is high atm, when was your last deload?
In terms of peaking, it’s hard to say, some people end up losing weight. Everyone’s body is different.
