Spent the morning cracking on with work and I also checked in with Nathan, he is very happy with look! No changes made.
This afternoon I’ve been in Manchester for a client shoot, was amazing to see her in front of the camera again, I am such a proud coach. Days like today really make me realise how lucky I am to call this my job, really in my feels tonight 😂🫶🏼

Sas and Sara have made some good points here. However you may need to remove the leg extension until your knee improves, it’s most likely going to get more aggravated if not.

Trained hams and glutes today such a good session 🙂
Been such a chilled Sunday, had a whole day off work apart from talking to prep clients. We all need to have those days 🙂

You should be able to do some leg exercises, leg extension, ham curl, adductors.
I would run something like this

Rest day for me today, it consisted of work and getting my eyebrows and lip blush done! My lips are so sore right now 😂
This evening I’ve had an off plan at home with max, been lovely chilling together.
A big session is on the cards tomorrow!

You being woken up after 2 hours sleep won’t help your sleep cycle at all. How come she wakes you up?
However, anxiety will be main thing causing this, finding out the root cause of your anxiety is important, like the others have said speak to a therapist 🙂 No shame in asking for help.

Did cardio first thing then had a massage 🙂 my hip is getting loads better now which is great, it’s not hurting when training so I feel like it’s moving in the right direction.
I had check ins to do when I got back home then had a therapy session this evening! -

Increase water to 4-5 litres, the sugar free drinks won’t be helping your gut at all.
Cut your caffeine down to two coffees only.
There could be a variety of things causing this but if this is only happening when dieting then you need to figure out what you are doing different now compared to then.

I always have salmon eggs and rice in the morning it’s so quick to cook and prepare. Especially when you pre cook rice!

Hey guys,
This morning I trained legs with Max, we barely train together so when we can I really enjoy it.
This afternoon had my hair washed and blow dried and this evening had 2 consult calls.

I have to agree with hilly here, I think it’s key for beginners to build their strength everywhere, this way they then have great foundations for a more advance split.
I think the split you’ve set out for her will be too much, I understand she wants to grow legs but she won’t recover well from that especially if she’s pretty new to it. Once she’s more advanced I’d even have her on an upper lower before moving to a more leg dominant split.
By all means try that split but they are my thoughts 🙂
