I trained upper and glutes after my first meal, was a really good session. Then came back home cracked on with check ins then had to take Arlo to the vets as his leg is swollen where he had his op. Looks like an infection so samples were taken to check. Not ideal.

Rest day and lots of work today, Mondays as always the same for me, not much to report!
This evening went for a nice walk.
Buzzing to get back into the gym tomorrow after 2 days off!

Hey!
I normally take 4 days off, do to my cardio and my steps though and stick to my rest day calories. That has always worked for me and my clients. I have been known to not do cardio if I’m really fatigued.

Today I went to Birmingham and joined a panel of other female pro athletes to do a talk on bodybuilding. We were all asked questions individually. I absolutely loved it!

Nice relaxing morning, a walk with Arlo followed by a glutes and hams session. This afternoon I cracked on with some work then this evening chilled with our friends 🙂

It would leave you feeling very flat and low energy which will effect your intensity during cardio and training. You’d run into some health issues for sure too, for example your thyroid will take a huge hit which you want to avoid if possible.
You’ll end up looking very stringy too.

Like Oscar has said is it happening all the time? You’ll need to look at your volume potentially. Going sore into your sessions isn’t ideal and shouldn’t be a regular occurrance

I would have arms at the end. They will be fatigued by the time you get to db press and t bar row which you don’t want 🙂

Rest day for me today, I had a massage first thing which was needed! Then had a full day of work and did 2 new starter set ups, my team is really growing!
This evening I went for a walk with Arlo 🙂

I would utilise the following
Orange juice/pineapple juice
Dried fruit, dates are great
Honey
COR
Sushi rice
Cereal
Granola
Fruit
Add some intra carbs on training days
Squares bars

This could be something like leaky gut but I’d go to your docs first and also run some bloods.
