This morning I had my nails then I filmed for YouTube at a new gym in Sheffield, loved it there. Great kit and vibes! I got lots of TBJP content too 🙂

Hey guys!
I took Arlo for a walk this morning then trained upper and glutes, had a very good session! Then came home and did the rest of my work. In between then I had a nap too, which I do daily, I find it really helps me.

I agree with Meg here!

It will remove momentum which is what alot of people tend to use especially when lifting heavy and like Hilly has said this will make the exercise harder.
Creating cues where you pause in the stretch can potentially increase stimulus by increasing the time spent within the lengthened range. It also reduces risk of injury as it puts you in more control of the weight and makes the exercise harder to perform which means less total load.
In my opinion it makes measuring progress easier because you can also standardise your reps.

Fully agree with Andy here and Marc has made a good point also.

Rest day for me today. Busy day of work alongside steps and cardio. My clients are smashing it 🤌🏼
Looking forward to getting into the gym tomorrow for a big quads and glutes session.

I agree with the others here.

Hey guys,
I woke up got some steps in then trained hams and glutes with my friend, we had such a great session.
Then this afternoon some family popped over 🙂

Why don’t you have 2 uppers and 2 lowers. That way you’ll be able to have variations.
You can also give yourself more rest between each upper and lower too.

Sounds like you are doing too much to me

Hey guys,
Rest day for me today. Went out for some food with some friends this afternoon. A chilled Saturday for me

I wouldn’t go zero carbs personally, 50g is super for even a rest day. If you give us more context that would be great, length of diet, calories, cardio, training, steps, rate of loss x

Hey! Can you attach some pics for us?

I can have either but I know most people love sourdough 🙂
