I think a lot of visitors to this log are just using it as a route to get to ask Jordan questions. they clearly dont actually READ the log and obviously have no real interest in the purpose of why the log even exists. Its actually cringe-worthy at times and does often ruin the flow of the log.

jordan you have the patience of a saint. constantly having to answer totally irrelevant and often ridiculously obvious questions. Some of the shit people post on here just beggars belief. I bet at times it’s tempting to want to disable posts from anyone not involved with the site. Anyway, keep it up as it’s always a fascinating read, even with the pointless drivel mixed in…

also bear in mind that it will take the Nandrolone weeks to fully exit your system due to the half-life, so you will still be getting the benefits of that for a while.

TM/SG is good to go. Just follow the instructions for ordering and you’ll be fine. although I believe they’ve stopped shipping outside the UK now though.

Cheers James, the whey isolate is consumed immediately post workout. Then I will have either oats or rice cereal as soon as I get home so within 15-30 mins. that’s followed by another solid meal e.g. chicken and rice and veg within 1hr 30mins.

I think a lot of this type of thing comes down to creating habits and giving your body a routine to ‘expect’. For example, those that never eat breakfast and have no desire to eat at that time in the morning, can re-program their appetite by making themselves eat a small meal every day upon waking. After a while you would wake up hungry and need this meal and then increase the size if needed. Bodybuilding is about pushing yourself, I think you are just going to have to make yourself eat these crucial post-workout meals, build it up slowly in terms of portion and eventually you’ll have created the habit of doing so and will probably find your body starts craving the food Post-Workout.

Thanks for the reply Sas, makes perfect sense. Really want to see you crack top 6 Olympia and I genuinely believe you can. Such an awesome physique and such a cool, humble guy. Do you have a timeframe In mind for the next few years and making the push to do this?

Sas, your training style appears to be much more similar to a standard Bodybuilding split in terms of sets and reps, 4 x 10-12s per exercise for example as stated on Arm day above. When compared to the way JP and James H seem to gravitate much more closely to the lower volume and lower rep ranges outlined in the DC style of high intensity training. Do you feel you benefit more from this more ‘traditional’ approach yourself, in terms of overall gains? Or is that a style you’ve used previously and feel nowadays is less effective for what you’re trying to achieve currently?
