this is what I admire about Sas, he does his own thing with his own reasoning…and there’s a good thought process behind each decision no matter
how small it may seem. it’s a refreshing approach to witness in an industry where excess is so prominent. big up Sas

excess food or carbs before bed always makes me sweat whilst asleep, particularly on Tren. minimising the amount you eat prior to bed is the only thing for me that stops the sweating, other than controlling your bedroom temperature.

I would agree, focus on the main component macros, residual macros still matter to an extent but I think that overall the incidentals shouldn’t count towards the target macros.

great advice from James there. Matt too. I believe that maintaining strength and keeping within the rep ranges you are at with the newly acquired muscle is probably the best indicator. I think as Bbers we can all be too guilty of wanting to move too quickly into the next phase, whereas holding for just a little while at the new level and allowing the body to adjust to the new tissue/strength can only be a good idea – even for just a short period. I myself am constantly having to remember this is a marathon not a race! We all have time…

What you need to do is now that you have lost a good amount of body fat is to add some muscle tissue. Your body composition will benefit hugely from doing this, in the sense of aesthetics. A lot of new trainers make the mistake of thinking that simply losing the excess fat will give a pleasing physique to look at, and this is simply not often the case. you need to have a structured plan in place, regarding training, most importantly diet and also recovery…to enable you to add significant muscle tissue to your frame. focus on adding muscle, eating correctly to support this and training to get as strong as possible and I am certain that even if your body fat level remains unchanged, you will look SO much better and feel really great about how you look.

forget steroids or any performance enhancing drugs at this stage, you absolutely DO NOT need them. If you follow the advice available to you from this awesome website you literally cannot fail to achieve your goals.
