Thanks Nathan will do that

I’d say you’re at a very decent standard of conditioning where pushing any more would start taking away from any benefits you may attain. – starting to reverse back up slowly would be my option.
Hi Kiera, thanks for the feedback

This looks like a Chris Wormley diet and set up…..Can i ask is Chris still your coach or are you following an old plan of his. Chris was my first coach, and i still train at his gym now.
30 weeks is a long time in a deficit. So there will be certainly some fatigue build up and hunger cravings. I would 100% start to reverse out now. But again if you currently have a coach then i would discuss your feelings and plan of action to move through this phase.
hope this helpsHi Nathan, yes Chris is my coach only started with him recently after he helped me with alternating my last plan from my last coach

20 weeks is a massive amount of time on a diet for someone who hasn’t really done it before. If there is not set end date for example of competition looming then there is no reason why you have to be in a continual deficit until you get to your desired goal
Like Peter has said above, utilise maintenance weeks. But make it’s it’s exactly that – a week where you’re at maintenance, and as a result your condition doesn’t get worse during that week and fat doesn’t accumulate
There is no limit to how many maintenance weeks you can have. – perhaps have one every 4th week if is this is where you see hunger and fatigue really rear it’s head instead of going months and months
This diet can be as hard or as easy as you want it to be, that’s the beauty of not having a set deadline.
Hi Kiera, many thanks for the reply

It sounds like you need some form of diet break.
Potentially 3-7 days eating at maintain kcal – so this may adding 4-600kcal daily and dropping down to just Pm cardio with you training fasted.
Your carbs are pretty dam low – have you been utilising timed refeeds to aid in this process? If not you may simply need 1-2 days with higher carbs and then dig back in.
Its all about finding out what works best for you at this time, for me tho on the info above it sounds like you need a diet break
Hi Peter, thanks for the reply for the last month I have had a refeed day every Saturday this past weekend was the first week the refeed didn’t fill me up I was still starving after the extra food.

This was the gear I’ve been using

No blood test done so I understand it’s hard to gage where I was at with 250mg. I also understand that most people think for the length of time on cycle I must be thinking take the gear it’s a magic supplement I will get big and half ass training. I have trained for 7 years making slow but decent progress all natural did a fair bit off reading up before I decided to cycle granted I should have got bloods done. I train every morning at 5 mon-fri my diet I decent if anything I have been adding extra calories in to add more size. At 250mg there wasn’t much happening I still felt on a plateau shortly after moving to 500mg I am seeing weekly progress others are noticing it also I know now being on 20 weeks is maybe to long but when still making good progress more so now near the end of the cycle do I continue if I could go back I would have started on 500mg from week 1

i take forever
?

No need to have anymore children I have 3 already don’t want anymore ???? training 5 times per week resting weekends. Did realise a test only cycle for 20 weeks would be so harsh ? Surely a good pct i should recover ok ? Would I need to stay off for a whole year after
