Maltodextrin is cheap carbs gets in 50g usually a scoop. Peptopro is good protein source but expensive so if you want to go a cheaper option try Intra Fusion by Reflex.

Up your calories on a leg day and push progressive overload, your legs will grow.
I tend to do Push, Legs, Rest, Pull, Rest and repeat means I’m hitting each area roughly every 5/6 days.

They’re right mate. Your main focus when you’re starting out should be your diet and training… you probably could gained the same amount of tissue just using test and a little anavar. As JP has said you should be taking as little as possible to look as good as you can. If you haven’t watched his videos about cycles give them a watch cause they’re really fucking informative.

    Foxy,

I think I’ll give that a go and some exercises before it instead of diving straight into it, so might really be a case of really warming up before going for heavy racks. Thanks a lot.

    Eric,

Aye I’m currently on three rotations at the moment with my main compound moves being; Pull 1 – T-Bar Row, Pull 2 – Rack Lift, Pull 3 – Bent Over BB Row
I just felt a much better connection with the deadlifts in comparison to off the rack, cheers for the reply ????????
