Without wanting to contradict any of the above (far more qualified comments), have you thought about possibly combining the Full Body / UpperLower splits?
Almost like a shortened Fortitude training.
So two full body sessions Upper Loading/Lower pump – Lower Loading/Upper pump with then a third session of either upper or lower (with the other one to be perfomed during the second week).
You’re then training everything 5 times across 2 weeks (instead of 6) whereas in an upper/lower split you’d be reducing to 3? Just food for thought.
