I’d not do any of that mate. Simply boil the kettle pour some boiling water in a cup and pop the bottle in. Leave for a minute or so and then draw up a syringe and jab it bud.

Thanks Haider! Is there a specific way that you heat it up? I see some people saying put it in the oven and bake it, others say microwave and shake it etc…

Don’t forget about dorsiflexion. I feel like this is the most overlooked movement when it comes to calf training.

Agree with JDH here. I don’t like that straight jump up with second compound move but will be do as many warm ups with 3 or 4 reps and really concentrate on the movement and contraction , not necessarily trying to get warm.
