Reta will drive HR much higher, you will notice a big increase that alone can drive anxiety as your heart races constantly

    Lower the dose

Thanks Kuba. I’ll get bloods in advance but thinking about adding back in some Mast to mitigate any E sides? Any thoughts ?

Hi there. Longer summary here. I’m 41M, 183cm, 175lbs. Been on TRT for 4 years. Added in Mast, HGH, Reta, and a few peptides about six months ago but recently dropped out the Mast for a break. In a cutting phase (down from 195 to 175lbs in past 3/4 months). About 14% body fat. Symptoms are there throughout the day, and it’s not DOMS – it’s a creaky, pulsing ache that just feels like I’ve been on my feet all day. Training has been consistent recently but not massively intense. Been doing a bit more BJJ and Kinstretch, but again nothing crazy. I do find that my weight is more volatile than I like – bouncing around 3/4 lbs per day sometimes, so wondering if it’s fluid related. Never experienced this before but now been here about 3 weeks.

    Could be your bodyweight

    Could be water retention

    More info needed

I’m 175lbs and 183cm so not body weight. Water retention/ GH was my thinking but not sure

Drop mast for 6 weeks keep test and re do blood work to see where you are and if your happy with the range

Then re add small amount of mast and leave room to add when you are lean and want to grow ( if that’s the goal )

Would you be worried about estrogen sides dropping the 150mast, or at 250 test probably nothing to worry about? Will monitor in any event.

50mg per day. I really do seem to notice the impact (on fat loss) of the combination of LCarn, Slu and NAD.

By the way, I added the Slu in alongside NAD and LCarnitine and did IM and PIP was much better!

I don’t understand what you mean about back sessions? You do back movements in both splits.

Ah sorry, I meant “back to back” sessions. If doing FBEOD, does it prohibit doing a session one day after another.

If you are a big bodybuilder and pushing hard Ss31 as the health benefits are wild .

If not , slu , because it’s the largest overall mito influencer

Out of interest, would you say the benefits of SS31 are modest if You’re NOT a big bodybuilder?

So with U/L/R/U/L/Delts+Arms/Rest I’d programme your Lower sessions and your first Upper session with 2/3 x sets per body part (if recovery allows), but your second Upper will have to be set up in a way that allows you to train delts+arms 2 sleeps later (less sets on tricep, bicep, side and rear delt).

I don’t like the ‘sets per week’ timescale as it doesn’t account for the design of your sessions, BUT yours is a 7 day cycle so it fits.

6-8 sets per training cycle/week should be about right. You may find you can recover easily and add more or that you can’t recover and need to reevaluate.

Thanks. At that target number of sets per week I can probably incorporate everything into a simple 4 day U/L/U/L which would help avoid the need for that tweak to the program for the arms/delts.
