Hey James. Just a general wondering kinda question. Do you think the push up to 300lbs+ you did was warranted for what you had to end up coming down to again? Not a criticism, just wonder if you look back now and think was that really needed?

Hi Jordan. Noticed you’ve put in single leg leg press now, just wondering the reasoning behind it over double? Sometimes find I can get a better stretch and depth with single leg.

Just to chime in on the RP on compounds. I love them, as I love to feel fucked up, but, it DOES fuck you up lol. Personal fave currently is RP on bent over BB row on the smith. Grim.

Amazing explanation there Jordan, enjoyed reading it. Only thing I’ve found from dieting before is that certain cardio will eat away at my legs more. Stair master shrinks them, the bike doesn’t seem too. And I’d much rather do the bike haha

Well no, because you are at maintenance now if your body weight isn’t going up… if you lower to 3000 you’re going to lose weight?

If weight has stalled. Eat more. Simple.

Oh I 100% get you mate. I used to be able to gain on 3000 cals and get fat pretty quick. Now it’s close to 5000 and the increase is slowwww. Hey it makes dieting down easier though lol.

If you cannot increase your weight… then you simply are at maintenance, not way past it like you said.

Either eat more or move less. Or both 🙂

I hear you on that. I think still being excited for meals though comes down to actually making your food taste nice. Can’t stand people that eat boring tasteless food lol. I love all my meals hence why it’s easy to eat the same everyday.

Yes mate. Morrison’s. Aunt Bessie’s American pancake and waffle mix. It says make it with whole eggs and water. I make it with egg whites and it tastes as good, but zero fat content 🙂

Agreed rotties, he’s very back and forward and doesn’t seem to stick to any decision he makes lol, but I’ll give him one thing. He’s ALWAYS in good shape.

Back on topic. Jordan, I know you hate eating in off season, but now you’re 6 weeks out, do you actually have periods of food hunger? I know eating is eating to you as you’re very experienced, but do you actually feel hunger?

I’m with Rottie on this one. 400g is really easy to get in. And my current post meal is 300g and it’s relatively easy. Mainly from cereals, fruit, and zero fat pancake mix or crumpets and jam.

Can’t agree on the cream of rice though as it blows my stomach out and bloats me so bad lol
