    Jimmy, JP used to do that on his last prep. Carb cycle for certain days bring higher etc. Currently his intake is same on all training days.

    Michal, that is a question for forums, supplementation section, nothing to do with this blog.

    I would say dose in my opinion is double what it should be. JP has normally only ever used 25mcg T3 up until recently where he went to 37.5 but I think he’s dropped it back down again.

    Have a look for his video on all things about T3 and should give you a better insight.

    Far too much for a start. 25mcg is the max amount of T3 recommended iirc.

    If you’re looking to do it as aggressive as you are stating then you would have to drop aggressively. 10-15lbs in two weeks is A LOT.

    Just wondering the reasoning behind Clen straight from the get go? Would of thought it would be best to leave as a tool nearer the end, so would love to hear reasoning behind it. Much of a diet change to come straight away?

    I normally add 200 cals at a time when I’m increasing and normally just from carbs, and at first placing them around the workout window mate.

    Jordan. With you flying out to Australia tomorrow… how do you go about food on the flight etc and when you’re actually in aus? Do you have a typical protocol every time you travel?
    Just interested to hear how you would go about it. I can imagine huge quantities are in order.

    But eating a lot of oats can upset a lot of stomachs. Ground rice is very easy to digest hence suggesting it. And cheap.

    Kamal was UNREAL. What a guy. Shame about some of the others, condition of both Henry and Raymond was a shame, both looked overcarbed or not in condition. What was your thoughts?

    Quick question regarding GDA’s as I know you use RPG. I’ve recently ordered glycomax from strom sports. I will be starting with 4 caps with my post workout meal, which is currently 135g Carbs whilst on the last two weeks of my mini cut. I see you place yours with your pre workout meal too. Mine is currently 70g carb and will increase in two weeks, what are your reasons behind using with pre too? Cheers mate.
