Is your day mainly sitting at your laptop? Really shows how dedicated you are to being the most muscled human in the UK lol. I remember listening to you talking about wanting to be able to walk around Glastonbury in years to come etc, and ideally be around 225/230lbs in good shape… is that still the long term thoughts?
