This is so easy. Take your scales, don’t take up any room lol. Go to local supermarket. Cooked skinless chicken, salad bags, easy meal. Fats just buy PB or oils? Carbs. Oats, surely have access to a kettle or microwave. Uncle bens rice bags. Protein powders you can take with you. Greek yogurt in supermarkets. Very easy if you’re dedicated.

Hey Luke. Awesome to see your log on here. We speak quite a bit on Instagram messenger. Considering your size I would of thought you’d be on at least double that food haha, I know you’re cutting but, you’re 275lbs haha. I know everyone’s different and metabolisms etc can play a role, but why do you think that is?

So JP I took your advice and purchased shredabull. Took my first one today as you said to 2 hours pre. Jesus fucking Christ. I was eating my pre workout meal and had to start taking clothes off as I was sweating just eating. Got to the gym and felt so ill, first time I’ve contemplated going home haha. Got through it and managed to work if off. Fucking Jesus lmao. I take it it’s something you have to get used too yeah. Heart attack in a bottle.
