    I would keep pulling down as plenty of room for movement with calories you are on

    Leaner the start point for the push up the more run way you have , while keep insulin sensitivity higher .

    Thanks for advice. I’d keep at it, as i wrote to Clara- i’ve never been really Lean (not talking competition Lean) bit where the low back and low abd is leaner than now .

    You could do either, but if adherence is still good and you’re willing to keep digging, then ideally I would want to drop another couple of kgs before beginning a steady push up.

    Thanks for the feed-back. I’m gonna keep at it , never been Lean to where my lower abd and back has been Lean(er) . Not talking conpetitionlean oviously, just for household purpose:-)

    Hi mate

    Well done on your progress so far, really good work.

    How is your adherence to your plan so far, do you feel focussed enough where you can come down some more with bodyfat? If so i would carry on to drop a few more kg to get to a leaner start point before increasing food.

    You mentioned your calories are 3350, if this is your daily calorie amount you could drop your calories via carbs mainly on a rest down to help speed the fat loss process up.
