When you venture above 500 mg it all pretty much does the same thing with slight differences between compounds and what they can provide but if you are taking 1200/1500 total not something that will make a huge difference
If you convert a lot mast is ideal as it doesn’t crush your Estro, I wouldn’t go to 1200 right away I would start at trt plus 400 then asses after 3:4 weeks see how progress is moving and add more as you go.

At a base level you have 2 options
Staying on try n using hcg n hmg to improve fertility- you will need to use this constant every week until conception occurs
Or come off and restore your natural levels and fertility will go back to what is normal for you.
Second option is in reality the logical one and means you don’t need to pay and source the drugs
However for most into this game they would rather stay on and use the drugs but it’d imperative you use the hmg n hcg
Hilly, do you mean stay on trt dosage or someone could even do cycles and maintain fertility using HCG/HMG?

Hey buddy! Personally I don’t like to use Clen/ T3/4 or any fat burners on mini cuts. For me I will increase activity and drop calories a little. Nothing too crazy as I tend to get lean fairly quickly.

I would increase dose, try not to gain any more weight and recomp as much as possible , and then once back off hol, mini cut , so your ready for an offseason

there is no need to take a break after say 6 weeks for example.
However over time your body does seem to adapt to the insulin dose and you may become resistant in the sense of you need more and more to achieve the same effect.
The problem with discussing this is – the research that shows this is obviously only done on people with actual diabetes – not abusing the drug for our benefits.
so we cant actually say for sure in healthy people who are training, supplementing for health and eating well etc etc will run into the same issues as a diabetic.
However logically you could presume if over time diabetics need more and more then as we are all humans we may end up with a similar issue.
The difference here however is that we can simply stop and our bodies will work fine without it.
in reality though none of us should need to be running it year round as when we move to diet phase etc we are likely not going to use so you will get a break here ๐

Insulin use like this will prevent diabetes not cause them, personally I prefer a slightly lower dose.
You can build up to 30 iu but that’s for big big guys, most can get away with 10-20 iu lantus with 3-5 iu huma around training
Your food intake dictates insulin use – it also dictates the length of you running insulin, lower the slin intake as you diet then remove it if you get super lean then back in once food goes back up.
