Not my preferred aproach
Get ready early then reverse diet in this way you bring best package check out how meg is looking now peak has been stellar as she was ready 10 days out
Same principle applies it’s case of being ready early something I failed in this year but it’s what I implement with clients ? worst case scenario
Do what I did
Start 4 days out 2 heavy days 1 control days day prior base intake of data you already know don’t cut water simply lower slightly day before and on day same with water as carbs come down water and salt together Also works incredibly well
Best is to reverse in and drop fatigue
Thanks Kuba, it’s two days out now. I had my high day today 360g carbs. According to the look tomorrow morning(day prior show), I will think about carbs, but I reckon I will go lower 200-240g. On show day it will be 40g carbs every 3 hours. I will be on stage after 6pm.
Today water was 8L and salt 1g per meal.
Can you re-explain water and salt intake for day prior show and show day?

Thanks Hilly, I already take vitc 1000mg daily. Today I had my first high day 360g of carbs. At the moment I am a bit watery so, I will judge tomorrow morning.

Thank you all. I have used it in the past as well. I get some mild bloating that lasts up to 3 hours after the intake. I suppose I will discontinue the day or 2 days before the show. The benefit outweighs the mild bloating

I just wanted to know if it negatively impacts natural athletes. Do you reckon is worthwile to to bloodwork test before starting fina and repeat another 3 months after use?

I have recently moved to a new gym and low iso row is not existent. I am thinking of beginning my sessions with unilateral db row laying on the bench as you propose on your instagram. However, in terms of mechanical tension isnt better to begin with a bb row? What is your opinion? I want to hit low lat fibers at the beginning since all I ve got is dumbells and barbells atm. I do not have the facility of equipment which deloads at the short range

Also, the best thing to do, is to advertise transformations of your friends in social media and soon you will get enquiries. Then it is in your hands how you deal with them. Social media platforms are excellent to set up your business.

Guys, thank you for your replies. My ambitions is to become top pro natural mens physique competitor. I am not asking so that I will take decision to quit training and bodybuilding in general. It is part of me for the last 7 years and the discipline it requires helped me a lot in other areas of my life as well. The reason I am asking is for a second eye to judge my symmetry and muscularity and tell me if there is potential for that goal. Thanks ????

Michael, I am not stopping anything, all of this is part of me. I just want an opinion. Take it the same way if you give advice about nutrition and training to a beginner. I am not leaving the sport by any means
