    I am currently doing Mon/Tue Thu/Fri and I am natural. I used to do Mon/Tue/Wed Fri/Sat, but I was burned after 4-5 weeks. It is the third week I am on 4 days per week so we will see.

    Hi Guys,

    At what frequency are you going to plan your upper/lower split? I am currently twice per week as I need to deload more often if I hit it more frequently.

    Thanks William. My question is that, in terms of metabolic stress is there any most preferred method? I mean why choosing drop sets instead of 1 set to 20 reps to failure?

    I am currently at 11000 on training days and 16000 on non working days. I always start with as little as possible and wait for results until my next amendment which is more probably be drop in calories and then again increase output

    If you finish at 2300 calories and maintenance is 2700. Do you push to maintenance from week 1 after recomp? Or you go slower?

    Thanks William, my next drop will make meal 2 around 20-25g carbs, do you believe would be good idea to move those 25g on meal 3 and go carbless on meal 2? Also, if your answer is yes, does this affect protein absorption as meal 2 would be protein and veggies?

    Ok, so when you went carbless did you redistribute fats in order to have protein and fats in your meals? Or did you have meals with protein and veggies which have very few calories from carbs?

    Hi JP, as you go on with prep it will eventually have meals with no carbs. So are you going to have meals with protein and veggies only? Or are you going to re-distribute fats from other meals and have protein and fats?

    JP apart from almond butter, do you take any other butter such as cashew or coconut? Are they good quality fats?
