Thanks for your reply Jordan. So if you get bigger and stronger with upper/lower splitt, why you changed to PPL split. Is it because you can concentrate more on individual body parts?

    Hi Jordan,

Are you planning to continue PPL split until the end of your prep or Are you going to switch to 4-day split towards the end?

    Hi Corinne,

I lost 2 kg the last month. I kept pushing my training for new PBs and added 2 Hiit sessions on spinning bike for 10 minutes and 5 mins cooldown. How can I improve my nutrition? Is tgere anything to look at?

one more question. In terms of number of exercises, is it better to perform more exercises with less working sets in order to keep same volume, but train each muscle group from different angles?

    hey Corinne,

Thanks for the response. I usully do incline chest variation as I want to increase upper chest’s thickness. Shall I do incline variation only as chest movement? Also, I have 4 rotations for PPL split and yes I do deadlifts as my final thickness exercise. So it is chin ups, db row, machine lat pull down, deadlifts, barbell shrugs and cable bicep curls.

    Thanks

    Thanks guys!

Apparently my cousin is a doctor. He told me that prolactin test should be taken a couple of hours after I wake up, not stressed should be calmed. Both times I had it 20 minutes after waken up and I had to take trains to go to work. Also, he sugested to check TSH as well. I checked TSH 3 years ago and it was fine. Also, he told me that if prolactin is still above to consult an MRI but he thinks that there is no issue for prolactinoma as in order to consider prolactinoma, levels should be 10 times greater than range. To be honest I feel very healthy and I do not have any symptoms at all, apart from some achne that occurs very rarely on my forehead which it might be symptom of high cortisol.

One question I have, is there a probability that my urea is slightly higher due to high cortisol? As cortisol is high it means it breaks muscle to proteins, therefore more protein is in bloodstream if you add the food I eat as well.

Anyways, i will keep you all updated.

That is the reason of my post. But if you compare MP isolate price is much closer to the other brands you mentioned.
