I have two questions, 1. What equipment do you use for trimming? I am 25 days out from my very first show and I as hairy as you are. Do you use blades or just clippers are enough?
2. Are you training on Saturday at Kings gym? I visit Kings 3 or 4 times in hope to see you, but no luck.

Hi Sas, thanks for your reply. I will try it after my revound and see how it goes. I am sure it will be ok. Bodybuilding is simple, it is just us making things over complicated. As long as i know tougly how much I eat my metabolism will adapt. It will be just the eye doing the scale thing which is over the years very accurate. Most of times I know how many grams a portion is just by eye

Hi Sas, I just watched your video regarding lean vs dirty bulk. Do you reckon natural bodybuilders can follow the dirty bulk strategy or they need to be more mindful due to the lack of assistance from drugs?

Dr Dean, both iron and feritin levels are within range 100ug/dl with range 59-150 and feritin 126ng/ml with range 30-400

No I am not on anabolics. I eat beef every other day. I am very meticulous with diet and nutrition. I am asking whether any supplement is required or not

I saw your latest IG story about health supps. Do you consider solgar a reasonably quality brand for health supps?

Hi Sas, just watched the last shoulders workout and you mentioned that you will train shoulders at lighter weights due to pain issues. Do you still try to increase weight between sessions when you do volume based workouts? Also, when you say 4 sets of 15 reps in a specific exercise, do you fail in all of them or just pump for 3 of them and fail on last one?
What are your general guidelines when you perform volume based workouts for any body-part, I really struggle to implement such workouts as I get really flat when perform them, especially when cutting. I guess it is because I go to failure in all sets.

Hi Sas, just saw your instagram story with macdonalds meal. Obviously, you take those meals to fill out. What is the structure of those high days? Do you have high days when you drop more weight than you have to as well?

Luke, I watched your recent vids on site and listened to sizegame podcast. I do not know if I should think scientific or simplistic or a marriage of both, what I know is that you have a great sense of humor which is somewhat rare in this sport as a lot of athletes show just the competitive side of their-selves especially during lifting. You are a few weeks out of your show, you area pro and you still have some funny words to say instead of keep saying to us how dedicated you are all the time.
Anw, I got one question about your diet posted above, when you say fish you mean low fat content fish, for example you do not eat samlon isn’t it?

Hi Luke, your last video sharing your experiences with coaches was awesome. I got a question regarding Aceto’s principles, so if you are not forcing your body with lowering food and increased cardio, how do you achieve fatloss through the last bits of prep? Do you just mean that on days you completely feel broken you do not perform as much cardio and eat a little bit more to recover and when you feel good you dig more?

your metabolism might speed up as well. Just stick to your program, get strong, take photos and slowly increase food and you eventually put weight and thereby muscle.
