Hi JP, in your last video on legs you mentioned that the plan following your comp will be to slightly reduce load and emphasize in mind muscle connection and then get as strong as you are now. Will this change other parameters in your training such as volume and frequency?

Hey Jordan, what is the reasoning for having 4 sec eccentrics when you are close to the end of prep? do you apply this so that you decrease loading, but still maintain the necessary stimulus? or is it something else?

Hi Corinne, I have not created the thread, but I am 88kg, 1.80m and I eat 190g of protein from animal sources (220g including plant sources). I tried 250g and 300g in the past without noticing much difference imo. Is there a way to find out how much protein is enough for each individual? Also I am natural if this makes any difference.

For me, even if I split my workout to heavy and light work, I will always try to hit PBs in all rep ranges both low and high reps.

Dean, everything is in range apart from urea and kinase creatinine the day after workouts. When there I rest 2 days everything is in range. Also, I do not take any drugs. I think we talk about that in the past and you told me the next time I do bloodtest to ensure that I am hydrated and you expect that urea will be in range. I will let you know.

Hi Dean, how you get albumin. I know my urea levels are 43 with upper range 40. I get high ck the day after training sessions, but if I rest 2 days ck is back to normal

Hi Dean, it is nothing of concern, when I perform bloodtest after workouts ck gets 400 with higher value 170 and urea is 45 with higher 40. Ck comes to normal after one-two days after training. Urea is constantly at that levels but I perform tests in the morning without drinking any water in the morning so I suppose urea is slightly higher due to dehydration. My question is if you have high ck after training, does pose concern for kidneys? What supplements you recommend for kidney health for naturals, my pressure is normal 110 and 74 most of times.

Josh I am 5′ 10″ as well. Being natural I prefer to have my protein between 0.9g-1g/lb and 1.2-1.3g/lbs when cutting with this way I stay fuller while cutting. I used to eat 300g of protein but I did not notice any difference when reduced to 200g apart from looking fuller and much stronger.

It is over 2 days, so at least you will see much lower levels. I have the similar results. It is due to training, but lets see the results

So lets say you train your abs twice per week, you suggest to progress in both workouts?

Hi Jordan, just to add for leg training. I believe most fail in breathing first before muscle failure so pause in leg training has more benefits than in other muscle groups. Waiting to watch the video!!
